The confort of the bed and the location wich was close to Citta Alta and airport also( 4 km from the airport).. The lady from reception was very nice, gave us even instructions how to reach from the airport ( Bus 1-Citta Alta).She order for us a taxi also in advance of our departure.She exceeded our expectations. In the room we found free tea and a kettle was available also. Free toiletries. The building has a elevator which is a bonus. Would I stay here again ? Would I recommend it? With regrets to say it- no !!!!

For the money we paid I was expecting the room to be more modern . Was decent but that's all. You can hear the traffic noise from the street caused by the cars passing by and from a bar close near also. We stayed for a night only - outside in the night were 6 degrees Celsius and but either our heater was broken..or I really don't know - but very poor heating in the room with a 4 years old child is unacceptable. We arrived around 3 pm and in the room was freezing. I contacted the property on the contact number available on booking- I texted them several messages around 6 pm after 3 hours staying in very cold temperatures but no reply. ... I can tell till 10pm the heating didn't start. Next day the host reply was -the heating should have started automatically at 7pm. So how is possible to rely on "should "? And if something goes wrong you can’t contact anyone meanwhile? Also how is possible to start only automatically in the evening? So if you are cold meanwhile what are you expected to do- bear it? I would honestly rated even lower but I am trying to appreciate the reception lady efforts. But without that I would have rated it 4-5 maximum .

Room was Ok-- good size ,kind of spartan to the point of almost depressing, , but ok. Bed was comfortable, good linens, bathroom good size. Room faced the street but it was quiet.Staff was plesant and friendly. Room seemed secure. Fridge in room

There was no information about anything. It is about a 20-25 minute walk from train station, 10-15 to historic centre. Not too many restaurants around, no one at reception after 3:00 so if you have to communicate by phone, but if you have esim card with no phone number attached, you are hooped.

Bad smell in aparts, like it was a room for 10 persons. It is dark, no view, we saw just our neighbors. Bad quality of bath gel for hands wash. Terrible feelings while living in aparts, I don’t know how exactly describe the situation. Low quality, big price. We lived in Deluxe room, but it was for 6 persons, amazing

This apartment was bright and incredibly spacious with high ceilings, excellent air conditioning, a comfortable bed, stylish bathroom fittings and a generous kitchen. Romantic! The gorgeous antique and marble furniture and watercolour paintings added to its flare. The lift was a definite bonus. The apartment also has access to a lovely terrace. The reception staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We would gladly return again go enjoy this glamour and luxury, just by the enchanting città alta! Just 500m from a straight bus ride to Bergamo Airport.

Everything was great! We were really glad we had an air cooler. The receptionnist allowed us to leave our luggages there before and after we got the keys to our room, which is really nice when you're doing a citytrip. All in all, a very nice place to stay!

Very welcoming staff with good hints and support for getting an early morning taxi to the airport. The room was not wow, but it was ideal for a short stay.

Room was big and cozy. Plus terrace was amazing.

The room and bathroom are of good size and the residence is well located in Bergamo.

There was no AC. When we arrived, the windows were wide open, whilst the temperature outside was 35+. With no AC, we couldn't lower the temperature of the room over night and spent the worst night. They need to install AC (the fan doesn't do anything) or manage better how they ventilate the room.
