I have been to Las casitas over 30 times since it was built in 1981 and an owner since 1984. I only surrendered my unit when my wife passed away. I have seen all the changes good and bad since 1981 what is there not to like

Excellent apartment (recently refurbished?), very clean and well equiped. The complex was close to the sea-front and shops, bars and restaurants, with attractive gardens and a heated swimming pool (28 degrees in Febrary!).
Single beds pushed together, with single covers which fall off in the night, do not make a double bed.

This was our second year staying at Las Casitas in a two bed villa. The complex is quiet and situated just a few minutes from the centre of Playa Blanca . Great pool ,bar and facilites. Everthing we needed for another perfect holiday.

The only blip was to exit a ppartment at Pam. Which was our responsibility as our flight times were late departure. We would try to get flights that left earlier.

Just back from our stay here we loved it. The villas are lovely and spacious the landscaping around the villas is lovely and well kept.The pool was heated which is a big bonus!Also no rushing up very early to get a sun bed.We enjoyed the food at the pool bar,enjoyed the chats and banter with Craig, Izzy and Laura.Also a mention to Jessia in reception who was very helpful. Will definitely book again.
The only thing I can think of is the pull out couch in the main area is not very comfortable and could do with upgrading not suitable for young adults
