Breakfast and location was both very good and high on my concept.

Staff was very rude, i tried to book extra nights one night before my checkout and was told that since i have done my reservation trough booking that wasnt possible, but i already stayed in other hotels and did the same thing without a problem, i think they treat the costumers very bad, especially after we spend so much money on the staying. I will never return to this hotel again, and i was told that this was the best one in town, so i expected the best service.

Internet was not stable in my floor. Rooms are small for families. For couples are great size. Swimming pool need some clean.

Gym should be maintain, it was like abandoned. It seems like nobody takes care of it.
