Amazing location, one of the best I've ever stayed. Very friendly stuff and owner, we regret we had to stay only for one night.

This was a lovely country hotel which offered spacious accommodation in beautiful grounds with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa facilities. Also activities for children. The owner was extremely helpful and provided anything we asked for. However I feel the breakfast could have offered a little more choice - taking into account vegetarian and gluten free diets. However overall our experience was extremely pleasurable.

Nothing we didn't like. Just the comment about breakfasts. The owner deserves to get many more clients to enjoy the very beautiful location.

Quiet and Clean.

The hotel is really nice and the grounds also they have alot of plants and flowers it's really taken care of. My experience was good and they had a few things that I would recommend fixing but other then that I'd stay again.

There were a few things, the TV wasn't set up and wifi didn't really work (but it that area in general the signal isn't good).

This hotel is wonderful! Gorgeous gardens and areas for kids to play. I would highly recommend coming here with kids. The pool is cold but we warmed up in the hot tub after. You can easily get a cab to the hot springs nearby. The rooms have good soundproofing and it’s very quiet at night. Good typical Colombian breakfast and friendly staff and owner.

The place was beautiful and relaxing which was what we were looking for. We did the reservation to use the jacuzzi which was really nice. The staff helped us booking a taxi to go to the thermals as well as to the airport. The included breakfast was delicious and they accommodate us to serve us even before the normal hours because we were leaving early. Thank you

I truly enjoyed everything about Matisses Hotel and Spa. The place was immaculate, breakfast was fresh and delicious. The amenities were beyond expected. I loved walking around the property and loved the comfort and beauty of our room. The architecture of this place exceeded my expectations. The staff and owners were very accommodating and extremely pleasant as well as helpful. If going to Santa Rosa's Hot Streams, I would recommend staying at Matisses. I will take my whole family to this place because it has a lot of amenities. I had a massage at night which made my trip extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this place. Google it to see the actual place.

I have no complaints. I loved this place and will take my family for a family reunion when the right time comes. There is a pool, jacuzzi, spa, basketball court, eco-walk opportunities, pond, A-Frame architecture, beautiful paths filled with flowers and trees. The whole place is made with natural materials and kept extremely manicured and clean.

We like everything to be honest, stay was perfect. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. Hotel hostess was absolutely kind and always willing to help, the breakfast was delicious and had that "home taste" that was more than delicious. Jacuzzi service during the night along with a glass of wine was romantic and relaxing. Also sharing the fireplace with your couple give you time to think in nothing but resting completely disconnected from everything else.

We only had an issue with pillow covers cleaning and that was resolved by the next day. They apologize and find the best solution as fast as possible.

The staff, especially Daniela, was extremely helpful answering our questions and with arranging transportation to the hot springs (Santa Rosa de Cabal and San Vincente), and our return to the airport in Pereira. Breakfast was excellent. The Bonanza restaurant (not the old U.S. chain) is within easy walking distance and very good. Hot shower water. Swimming pool and hot tub. The grounds have garden like walking paths. Definitely worth your stay.
