I would like to start by saying this is the review for the two bedroom Cassetta as there is a second listing for a larger villa combined on the same listing that you have to be careful to choose and scroll to the bottom when booking. Meanwhile, Sandra and Giuseppe were fantastic hosts from the beginning till the end. They offered us access to any of their fresh veggies in the garden, and also offered fresh eggs from their chickens each morning.  They also provided a nice complementary bottle of wine that we enjoyed.  The location is perfect and the beach is reachable by car within 15 minutes. 🤠

The property is efficient although the Living Room is a bit small. It is a bit complicated to divide all the trash but that seems to be the rule in Italy in general. 

Liked everything about the stay: the home is spacious, clean, equipped with everything you might need. There is even a wood-fired oven for pizza lovers. A big thank you to the hostess Sandra, who made our stay as comfortable as it can be, and gave a lot of tips and recommendations where to go and what to do. We felt very welcomed there, and enjoyed both the villa and the town.

Woman of the house was very friendly and helpful and made us feel like home. Peaceful location.

San Felice Circeo was already quite quiet place at the end of the October but with car we find interesting places nearby.

The property is comfortable and as beautiful as the pictures show. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking large dinners. It is only a short drive or bike ride to the beautiful sandy beaches and the town centre. My husband required urgent care and the owner, Sandra took precious time out of her day to come with us and help translate. She and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts and brought us a nice bottle of wine and the most delicious fresh eggs we’ve ever had. It was unseasonably cool and rainy for early Oct so we weren’t able to take advantage of the lovely terrace. There are so many beautiful places to visit in the area and we look forward to coming back to have another stay at Le Cesa Casa.
