Es excesivamente caro para lo poco que ofrecen. El personal no es amable, las habitaciones se ven antiguas. Pésima relación calidad-precio. Hospedense aquí si y solo si tienen una escala de entre 8 a 12 horas. Menos de eso mejor paguen una sala vip y mas de eso mejor vayan a ciudad de Panamá

Excelente habitación, gran ubicación, con todo lo necesario.

Breakfast was extremely good with lots of options, transport to airport easy to use and also a friendly receptionist helped me later in my stay and gave great advice on sightseeing in the city.

Wasn't given clear information at check in about breakfast times, WiFi and pool and gym opening when I arrived. Wasn't offered use of the facilities such as a shower when I arrived on an early flight before check in. Slightly disappointed with this for the price paid but stay was pleasant overall.

As I only stayed 1 night for lay over, this hotel served as a good option. Proximity to airport is ideal, transfer bus is included and very convenient. Rooms are what you'd expect from a Crowne Plaza; comfortable and all amenities are there. Perfect for business travel. Bar and lounge area convenient for drinks and food.

Copa odwołała lot i bylismy zmuszeni znaleść nocleg w pobliżu lotniska… Hotel w którym czas sie zatrzymał 30 lat temu. Co prawda duży pokój , ale Brudno, nie działające akcesoria łazienkowe, długie oczekiwanie na check in, shuttlebus przepełniony w dwie strony. Nic przyjemnego.

The bed was good and everything was clean.

The sound of the air conditioner, and the room seems not modern.

Great service and location, was a very long layover so we could stay in a hotel instead of waiting the next flight at the airport, rooms are big and very nice, restaurant and bar open until eleven pm, it gave us the time to unwind after our first flight, transportation from and to the airport very good and always on time.

It will be nice if they have a designated smoking area with cigarette disposal and some seating.

Was comfortable, great shower.

Air conditioner was too cold.

Good proximity to the airport. Great pool which was good fun and hours of entertainment for my toddler. The jacuzzi area was also nice, but not heated. Huge green space around the pool. The WiFi was stable. It was nice to see that the tab water is drinkable. Nice warm shower. Good breakfast.

One night around 9.30pm (my toddler was already asleep) we had a crazy loud fire alarm go off inside our room with bright flashing lights. I read about this in other reviews before I booked, but didn't expect this to happen to us. It was a bit annoying and I mentioned it to the receptionist the next morning. They seem to be aware that their fire alarms are faulty and apologised. Hopefully they will get it fixed. Some of the staff were a bit slow.

Apesar da fila de hóspedes na chegada, a equipe de check in foi bem rápida e logo seguimos para o quarto. O café da manhã é farto e variado. Quarto muito amplo e cama super confortável. Banheiro excelente. Piscina enorme, mas só abre às 9 da manhã. No geral, e pela localização bem próxima ao aeroporto, acho que o Crowne Plaza é a melhor opção pra quem está fazendo um stopover no Panamá.

O único porém foi o ar condicionado, que fazia um pouco de barulho, mas não atrapalhou nosso sono.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel arrived on time; the shuttle had Wi-Fi and air conditioning. In the hotel, the people at the reception are very polite and kind. The rooms are spotless with enough space, everything is clean, and the restaurant is courteous and friendly. The breakfast is super, in general, the hotel is the perfect option near the airport and all you need for rest after a long trip.

I enjoyed the Mimosa station, The omelette where good with the fresh fruit

Not 1 banana, try serving better meat choices. We didn't eat pork or chicken. So the choice was slim to none some mornings

Quarto 530 muito ruído de conversas por ser ao lado do elevador. Deve ser melhorado o isolamento acústico da porta. Realmente muito sem isolamento.

This hotel has some nice amenities - large outdoor swimming pool, gym, restaurant - which we did not have the opportunity to use but noted. The mattress was comfortable and the shower was fine.

The AC did not work correctly and the humidity control was terrible so it was too hot and steamy, even wet in our room. The clothes I hung in the closet were damp the next morning. I asked to be away from the elevators and my room was almost the closest to them. The bedding was just wrong - a vinyl coated top sheet that was maybe twin size and laid across the bottom half of our king bed. Particularly given the broken AC unit but also in any case, this sheet was unusable, very uncomfortable. So, we asked for a king top sheet and extra pillow but were brought an additional fleece blanket - we asked again, in spanish, but the request was never met. No refrigerator in room. The TV was very small.

No carpet/feet towel in the bathroom. After one shower all floors were wet. Reception was super busy, they needed more help on the evening of our stay.

La cercanía con el aeropuerto, el desayuno muy bueno, la limpieza y la comodidad de la habitación.

El tiempo entre salida de el bus para transporte Hotel Aeropuerto y viceversa cada hora. Cuando vinimos en el vuelo de regreso tuvimos que esperar casi 45 minutos y traemos mucho equipaje.
