Total abgewohnt, Bad komplett Renovierung bedürftig, abgefallene Fliesen, Toiletten Sitz total defekt, Waschbecken halb verdeckt vom Überbau.

What a gem, needs a modernisation program but new pool opening in April. Really is an oasis amongst the brattish gap yearer / hippy hostel enclave on Koh Rong
Needed a bit of refurbishment

The bungalows are great and the location is quite good as it is between the two main locations on the island.
They do not allow payment by card, but once you give all the cash you have they will take out a card terminal for the remaining sum 🤡. Given any ATM on the island has 8% fee the could simply just have a small fee and accept cards as do most hotels on the island. They sent a message once I left to inform of their free boat service from the ferry which would have been really good to know about. Given the price I expected a bit more from the room, the soap and shampoo were really cheap (big "all men" bottle), and there was no powder coffee, tea, near the kettle.

We liked our stay here at tree house bungalows the staff were very accommodating and the pizzas were delicious. Just a few things to be aware of. There is lots of building work going on within the resort making it very loud and dirty. The beach isn’t the nicest and the sun beds are very old and falling apart! Also there is a monkey pointlessly tied up on a tree which made us feel extremely uncomfortable! The bungalow itself was clean but bathroom was very old and musty!

The tree house bungalows are nicely situated on a beautiful beach and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. But it was way too expensive for what you get.
unfortunately despite huge potencial of the place our stay was far away from perfect. The free pick up from the pier didnt work - there was nobody in the office where it was suppose to be organised - but we walked, it wasnt far. The bungalows could be maintained and cleaned better, in the bathroom everything was leaking. The terrain around bungalows wasnt well mantained either, the plants needed attention and there was some plastic garbage around. But the most annoying was how unfriendly and unprofessional was part of staff at the bar situated in the property. They charged us second time for drinks that we have already paid previous day and didnt even apologize. There was also several spots near the bungalows (at lest one on the resort area) where the leaves have been burning day and night and producing lots of smelly smoke.

Air conditioning and the fan worked well in the room. Right on the beach
I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation. It was really expensive for what you got. Rubbish left all around the restaurant area, a monkey that was chained up and no mosquito nets on the beds so you get munched.
Weird vibes

It's right on the ocean
The beds are soooooo hard...
The bathroom is a dodgie old shower head over the toilet..
The place hasn't seen any Maintanance for a decade....

I liked the treed location on the beach away from the goings on of Koh Rong, even though you can still hear a wee bit. Food was safe and tasty, slippers nice touch, good blackout curtains, nice deck, a/c and fan a must and great to have. Mango smoothies!!!! Staff were awesome!
The door was difficult to lock, safes would be a comforting touch, mini fridge, coffee for morning, bathroom needed repair. All in all the whole place seemed a bit neglected, not disimiliar from the entire island

Great location, really nice staff
i had a tree house which is one of the nicest views on the island

Beautiful setting, treehouses were a dream!

The view from my view of the sea was amazing. The bed was big and comfy. The manager was very nice. Had a fridge in the room.
From my room, under my balcony, and along the beach, all I could see was rubbish and floating bags and bottles, which made me very sad. The accommodation wasn't kept in good condition. No plug in the sink, the toilet didn't flush properly, toothpaste satins on the shelf, dirty bin, and broken rusty chairs on my deck. You had to ask for more toilet paper and tea bags and milk to go with the kettle and cups in my room. the music in the restaurant was not good in the afternoons/evenings, lots of rap music with swear words and derogatory words about women. Because of this I only ate in there once in the evening. The music was very loud and the base vibrated, which wasn't nice. The whole resort was run down, probably because of covid but there is no excuse for staff sitting around not doing anything not to be picking up rubbish, cleaning tables, etc. I was very disappointed and did not think it was worth the $60 a night I paid.

We loved our stay here! So romantic and perfect waking up toe the view and sound of the sea from our bed! The bungalows were so picturesque. Close to other amazing beaches and facilities.
Staff very helpful. Unfortunately we did not take cash out before arriving and there are no ATMs / option to pay card - watch out for this!

I like everything about the property
Wi-Fi was not working in the tree house which one allocated to us

nice and quiet place to stay with individual wooden bungalows, with a private beach, a bar restaurant and other amiabilities. just 10min walk away from the main pier.
the mosquito net was full of holes. we’ve been eaten alive by them during the night. the bathroom plumbing also requires some maintenance. it was leaking and not very clean.

The staff was incredible. They helped me with booking tours, printing, booking bus fares, anything I asked they were quickly to respond and help. The staff was so friendly and I highly recommend this place solely on staff being amazing~
Our room had a big mosquito problem. No nets and I think there was a swarm in the bathroom - We closed the door and it stopped the huge amounts of mosquitos from coming in. The beds could have been softer

Nice location.
Very friendly staff.
Water in pipes smells bad from iron.
Too many dogs at the area. They are scaring people during the day and noisy both day and night.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the private beach was the perfect place to relax. The location was very close to both the village and the bar which was nice to access these places but far enough that the noise was a bother.

Great location at the end of the main beach, far enough away from the noise and bustle of the main village. The tree houses over the sea are fun to try, but if it is windy and the sea rough they can be very noisy overnight - you are better off in a bungalow in the jungle for a good night of sleep - maybe try the treehouse for a night for the novelty factor.
The food and drink is massively overpriced for the island, and the hotel attracted a certain demographic of clientele who treat the place with little or no respect. The 'beach' is 100% man made, pretty small and only gets sunlight until midday.
Be weary of the manager of the hotel - he will offer to help you with everything but seemingly didn't actually know what was going on - there was something very untrustworthy about him overall. For example when we were departing to go to the next island, we were assured by the manager that the ferry would depart at a certain time the next morning, which was not true so we ended up paying for a private taxi boat as it was the only way to get there. Also, note that you can only pay in USD for the hotel when you arrive (and they 'don't take credit card' to help you out), so take sufficient cash with you to cover this, and any expenses.
Also, be weary of leaving any clothing or possessions on the balconies as we were raided by the monkeys overnight and had some clothing stolen.

The treehouses in the first row are very nice, you can hear the sea all night and your directly above the beach in the morning. The location is perfect, the Village as well as the Nest beach club is in close Waking distance but far enough to avoid noise. The own beach is very nice and probably one of the best on the island, but looks very artificial. The restaurant on the accommodation offers both mahjong and pool tables.
the prices in the restaurant are way over the level
on the island, the breakfast there is not really good. The bathrooms in both our bungalows where leaking heavily and were not that clean.

Very nice location and perfect beach. A very friendly manager
One day we got our breakfast 1 hour after we ordered. The cleaning ladies came to clean our room, but forgot to make our beds. It seemed like the 4 ladies where focusing more on listening to there music speaker than actually do there job.
