Carpet in room not hoovered No tea or coffee facility in room No drinking water supplied Bed mattress needs replaced as springs sticking out. Bathroom had leak Room telephone did not work Fridge was empty and not even plugged in WiFi code not available anywhere in room had to go and ask.

The lighting is horrible In the 3bed room, the extended sofa is horror

Location and price

Hotel restaurant advertised and wasn't available. Bed was rock hard. Bathroom could use some work. Carpet looks like 20 years old. For a "3 Star" hotel, there were no robes nor sandals.

i booked one room with breakfast included but the front-desk lady told me...it was not included (some internal mistake) also, she told me to clear room before check-out time (wich was not displayed at the reception desk)

The room is clean n nice as described. Hotel staffs are very friendly n kind.

Loved the staff, they were so friendly, polite and helpful. I used the cleaning service at the hotel for my clothes:washing and ironing and they did a great job. The room was exactly like the pictures on Booking.com .I totally recommend this quiet area that is so close to the Port of Constanta, The Delfinarium, the Tabacarie Park and even Mamaia.

Just some small problems with the door and the toilet, but it was immediately sorted out.

Staff was friendly.

I did not like that there is mold in the bathroom and that the air conditionner was filthy.
