The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location. The staff were brilliant and helped me arrange a surprise for my partners 30th birthday. I can't thank them enough for what they did. Amazing facilities and beautiful views from the terrace. The shower and roll top bath were perfect and big enough for 2.

The apartment wasn't particularly clean. It could do with a good dusting and getting rid of all the cobwebs. The double beds weren't double beds they were 2 singles pushed together which isn't comfortable at all and the mattresses were too old and all the springs were gone. Please invest in some proper double beds and new mattresses.

The room is spacious, well thought-out (in terms of layout and supplies), clean, and comfortable. I appreciated details like coat hooks and a full-length mirror. We stayed for one night as part of a 12-day roadtrip through England; this ended up being was one of the nicer rooms we'd booked for the trip.

They call with the lockbox code (not an email). I was traveling internationally and had swapped my SIM card to avoid exorbitant roaming fees. Totally my bad, but as a result of the SIM swap, I didn't receive the voicemail with the lockbox code and panicked when we arrived late at night and couldn't reach anybody. Again, my bad, but my suggestion to Saddle & Stable Rooms would be to email this info, especially for international travelers -- it makes it much easier to be able to refer back to the info when one has multiple rooms lined up for a trip.

it was a lovely room in a perfect location. a lovely place close by called Sennen cove and within walking distance to lands end. facilities were excellent and shower was immense. the best yet! bed was very comfortable and key left in a safe for us. we will be back

Private, peaceful, free parking. Clean spacious rooms, very warm.

The mattress wasn't the comfiest due to the springs, feeling lumpy. The front door was a stable door but the top section doesn't close fully so I can feel and hear the wind.

Beautifully clean, and relaxing

The place is very close to the Land’s end and Sennen cove, so was well positioned for our plans. It was easy to get the keys. The place accepts pets.

The room was not very clean. There was massive amount of dust under the bed and under the fridge cabinet which we saw when picking up something from the floor. There were also spiderwebs/dust in the corners by the ceiling. The Kitchenet is tiny and right next to the bed.

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming Good sized accommodation and dog friendly, provided dog bed, towel & bowls.

Great shower but it flooded the bathroom floor enough to be running out the door onto the living area.

Great room, excellent bed, and a really good sleep!

Disappointed the pub next door didn’t open for no apparent reason - it’s kind of part of the marketing that it’s part of the appeal

Property Maintenance - Equipment should be checked more often - Light bulb needed replacing - Toilet flush handle needed tightening. Not aware that local pub nexted door was closed on a Monday Night, so had to go to local Shop to buy something to eat.

Location. Well equipped, modern and comfortable.

Pity the pub next door was closed.

Kitchen facilities not as extensive as expected - very small fridge, no freezer and cooking equipment not sufficient to a make a full meal.

Over 10 spiders in the room and bathroom when we got there. Dusty everywhere and fan doesn't work in bathroom Stable room 1, needs to have some privacy netting in the garden area to allow guests to leave their blind open whilst getting ready without upstairs guests looking in.

Room was nicely decorated and good size

Noisy fridge and and no air con, room was too warm and beds squeaked on each move, unfortunately our room the main door was not a stable door so left just a small window to allow any air in

Such a spacious room with great facilities and quite close to shops and the sea.
