Sehr sauber, groß, hell. Wohnungseingangstür mit Sicherheitsschloss ausgestattet, direkt vor dem Haus immer einen Parkplatz gefunden, Die Anbieter sind sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung würde ich nocheinmal anmieten.

Vielen Dank erst einmal :) In der Unterkunft in der wir eigentlich übernachten wollten gab es einen Wasserschaden kurz vor unserer Anreise. An dem Wochenende waren viele Veranstaltungen und alles wäre ausgebucht gewesen. Die Besitzer haben so gut und schnell reagiert, dass wir ohne Verzögerung in einer anderen Unterkunft untergebracht worden sind. Großartig!

Excellent apartment, great location and friendly staff.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, but personally I would like to have had cotton sheets not nylon/polyester. We were there for a funeral and for us everything was within walking distance. It's not really a tourist area but Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex is within walking distance and well worth a visit. Excellent transport links to Essen and very good shops nearby.

We were not meet by the host. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with the possibility for 7 people to sleep but only one combined bathroom with toilet, for this many people it really needs 2 toilets. We just about managed with 4 of us. There is no grab rail in the bath and no visible slip mat. The bath screen was loose and flimsy, an accident waiting to happen. The towels were so thin, I had to borrow some from my cousin. The bedroom furniture I think needs updating. Having said all that, I would stay again.

nothing of relevance; the neighborhood is not exactly Uptown Essen, therefore very authentic and lots of Doner Kebab restaurants close by

Very easy to find the place. Quiet surraunding. Free parking. Extremly good value for money. Very comfortable and clean. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance. The host was extremely helpful, helping a lot more than would be expected!
