Central location. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Great potential if not so poorly maintained.

Poorly maintained, Smelly, dirty, mouldy pillows, stained and smelly lounges, dirty underwear left behind, sticky table surfaces on arrival, damp issues throughout, poorly maintained fixtures, spider webs, broken vacuum cleaner, no hairdryer, torn flyscreens, missing drainage grate at entry is a trip hazard, pots and pans are rusted and dirty, used cotton tips throughout the property. The cleanliness of this property’s lounges/cushions/ bedspreads are at a standard that would not be accepted for donation by charity and should be left for council cleanup. Bring lots of towels to use as lounge covers (what we did) so you don’t have to touch the filthy soft surfaces. Better off at a trailer park.

badly maintained dirty and spiders everywhere fan switches missing no lock in bedroom sliding patio door sliding fly screen ripped mouldy pillows. they were replaced by the company to cheap Kmart pillows. very disappointing chipped plates and bowls uncomfortable couch and not enough room for 6 people to sit on the walking track to the beach was difficult and impossible to use the house smelt of damp uncomfortable bedding aircon mouldy personal belonging left in the house and unsafe such as medication indraws, lighter on couch, gardening scissors (very sharp)

Location was great. Stunning views and very nice swimming pool

No linen included. Spider and webs near everywhere, specially near the up on the walls

Kitchen & Living Room

AT Secured Gate, The road is very steep, couldn't notice at night time. So, my brand new CX9s Tow Bar has a big scratch and Parking the car at front not easy. Its easy for a small car. But, the small cars will struggle to entry & exit at secured gate.

Personal belongings left out No toilet paper, rubbish bags, soap etc.
