had to pay for my coffee in the morning, they did not wake me with the wake up call that i requested!! luckily i put my alarm on my phone but when i told them about my wake up call they apologised and told me there is a problem with the line. in that case if i missed my flight would they have paid for my ticket back to the uk…hmmmm??? but everything else was too noch, the taxi from and to the airport. fresh cooooked food at their restaurant. a beautiful smile when welcoming at check in and a special thank you you to the strong security that put my luggage in the car…u might be old but u definitely are strong…thank you

Airport to Hotel and then back to airport pick and drop service. I didn't know that they have complimentary Airport pick-and-drop service. They messaged us and told us themselves. I liked this service very much. It saved me the hassle of going through the process of renting cabs in the city.

The pillows were too thin. We needed to use double pillows to sleep properly in a proper position. Also, the toilet commode and basin were positioned opposite to each other which looked and felt very unusual. It was uncomfortable sitting in the commode with the basin right in front of my face.
