La seguridad, la televisión y que tenía áreas para paseo.
La atención al cliente.
Fuimos solo una noche por lo que creímos que merecería la pena por el precio y fue decepcionante, decir que se nos juntó varios factores desafortunados:
- Fuimos a la piscina y en entre que hacia frío y aunque hubiera hecho bueno había un ambiente enrarecido; quizá desafortunado, pero nos dio mala impresión ver una pareja bebiendo y besándose-toqueteándose exageradamente con una familia de fondo y dos hombres mirando y otro gritando por el teléfono.
- En la ducha salió una cucaracha del manillar mientras usaba la ducharme, el bater tenía manchas, pelo largo entre las toallas, moho en el lavabo, la almohada tenía manchas y pelos y en el suelo había una cerilla de anteriores personas.
- Infestado de zancudos.

Habitaciones calientes sin ventilación, con ventanas sin mosquiteros . Tuve que cambiarme de habitación tres veces.

Que haiga donde comprar comida da pena y vergüenza y esta uno en la piscina y llega uno de los empleados a decir que si uno puede salir para limpiar las hojas de la piscina a las 10 de la mañana

Room very comfy... no a/c needed since outside air is comfortably cool. Easy walking distance into San Raphael and local resturants. Easy drive to surrounding urban areas for any activity.
Tico breakfast was very good, well prepared, with good, friendly service.
In-room coffee was very good, too.
Bedside lamps for reading in bed. Ice machine available for general use.

Falta de jabón en utensilios de cocina. Algunas luces en la habitación no funcionaban. Ventilador en mal estado.

Staff was excellent en very helpful
Rooster that woke us at 4 am. The junior suite that we booked was supposed to have 2 queen sized beds. I think they 'upgraded' a regular room with an extra 1p bed.

The room was big, had microwave, refrigerator, shower, large tub and very comfortable queen bed. Towels replaced and the room was cleaned every day. Coffee maker with daily supplies if coffee and packaged sugar and creamer. Pool looked inviting and the grounds were well kept. Private gate and guard .
The room front door key lock I had trouble opening do to operator error on me.

Nice room, nice building complex, nice breakfast. Very secure hotel - they closed the gate in the evening. They also had a gym, although I did not use, but I saw people exercising.
Little bit expensive - had to pay breakfast additionally and tax was added to the presented price. Location is not very centric, need to take taxi to come and go.

It was nice for being right in the city. Had a mini resort feeling although the pool and jacuzzi weren’t open…
Felt safe but we did hear gunshots at night but that’s not that unusual for the city. No one spoke English which is okay but we did not expect that so it was difficult to get dinner.

The coffemaker in the room it's a great idea. You can ask for uber eats directly to the door of your room. Pool was very nice and clean. The staff would not bother you at all, lots of privacy. The staff was very nice all the time.
There were ants in the room, any unattended food will have ants in 20 minutes or so. There was only one trash can, the one in the bathroom and very small but not a big deal.

The hotel is old, and none of the facilities have been renovated. poor lighting in the room, many ants, fridge was not cleaned after the previous guest (there was cheese in the fridge). very uncomfortable bathroom.

The garden is really big and beautiful. So much place to enjoy and that's near to downtown Heredia. It have a wonderful pool.
The personal don't understand one word English.
The room was not clean. Everywhere thinks from spiders.
Outside the room no chair to sit.. I have to walk altime 300m into the garden.
Directly for the room was a water pump.. The pump was extremely loud. Every ten minutes the pump worked. But other rooms looked like the lying on a better place
