Clean well maintained and safe parking
Not a lot really, some cosmetic damage to sofa cushions and I always worry you will be liable for things like this but they instantly confirmed not to worry about our damage deposit etc

Excellent location, modern flat.
The keys to our original apartment booking didn’t work but the guest services sorted out another flat. The flat was located above a gym which was a bit noisy. The music in the gym woke us up at 5am.

Great self contained studio, all the amenities including dishwasher and washing machine with cleaning products supplied. Loved the complimentary cereal, milk, biscuits, tea and coffee. Great location for business areas of town and close to central shops as well as being right above a gym. Lovely and clean. Free internet was great, good strong signal. Great prompt communication from the accommodation provider
Only a minor issue, the flat was a bit drafty and windows not brilliantly insulated, so there was a bit of traffic noise at night

it was a bit of a faff getting ID and paying a deposit, then when we arrived the key wasn’t in the box! but a quick phone call sorted that.

Large appartment with well appointed kitchen
Strong smell of cigarette smoke and drains. Shower drain was partly blocked. Noise from road. Housekeeping came when we complained and sprayed air freshener but that made no difference. We asked to be moved but they said they were fully booked.

They booked 6ppl but prepared beds for 4 ppl. That doesn’t make sense to me. And when we asked for mores beds we were told it’s too late.

The apartment is lovely and spacious and was in a great location to travel onto legoland with the family.
The apartment is very secure with coded front door and well lit in the evening.
There is Morrison very close by in walking distance which was handy to by the baby bits and bobs.
On arrival the apartment living room space was not clean there was lots of food debri on the carpet where the coffee table was situated and the couches where not straightened and looked like the previous occupier had been sitting on them.
Was offered another apartment above on the third floor but was unable to except had I had hired the cot and extra pillows and would have to move all of this has well has all the luggage we brought having a child of 4 and a baby of 15 months. Was not prepared to carry a travel cot up stairs to another apartment. If you stay at the apartments please book reservations to eat in the restaurants near by has they are over booked and you will find yourself in the same predicament we were. They were all full and this made it difficult to find somewhere to eat out.
A hoover was left outside the property so I could clean the mess from the previous occupier that the cleaner did not clean up.
Was not offered any compensation for inconvenience and I had to clean the living space. Left the apartment in a better condition than I arrived.

Modern apartment. The size was perfect for my family of 5. The apartment was very clean, we had cereal, milk, tea, and biscuits to welcome us. Location of the building is walking distance from shopping area. Location also felt safe.

The location is quite central, i.e. fairly close to the Lexicon and the train station. Going in and out of the building was quite easy. The apartment was also quite spacious.
The flats are located above a gym. While not a problem for most of the time, when weights are being lifted and dropped, you can feel the vibrations in the flat (also you can hear the thump). The arrangement to go in and out of the parking is not ideal. The coded entry system is in a weird angle making entry in and out into a three point maneuver. The key pad is also located on the actual mechanism, which means you have to exit the car, key in the code and then re enter the car and drive in. If your car is not positioned really close to the bar, you run the risk of the bar closing before you had a chance to go in. This could be resolved by a second keypad that can be accessible through a car window or longer timer for the bar to drop back in.
