The room was immaculate and modern and peaceful we had breakfast and I think it was the best I've ever had and it was only about £6 I expected double that price we enjoyed our stay

Abbiamo prenotato due stanze, la matrimoniale era al piano terra con accesso dalla strada mentre la tripla era al secondo piano con scale di accesso sul retro, dal cortile del pub. Self check-in semplice e veloce, stanze di piccole dimensioni ma pulitissime e con tutto l’occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole. Doccia spaziosa e molti asciugamani a disposizione. Ragazzi dello staff gentilissimi, abbiamo cenato al pub proprio sotto le stanze (nonostante la posizione le abbiamo trovate silenziose e tranquille) ed abbiamo mangiato veramente bene. Parcheggio gratuito in strada comodissimo. Non abbiamo avuto modo di visitare il villaggio perché siamo arrivati di sera con un bimbo piccolo ma la posizione è ottima per raggiungere con un breve tragitto in auto i moltissimi luoghi di interesse in direzione Edimburgo (Kelpies, Midhope Castle, Blackness Castle, Linlithgow e tanti altri). Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono.

Nella tripla consiglio di spostare il tavolo con il bollitore, è posizionato troppo in prossimità del sensore antifumo e purtroppo ce ne siamo resi conto soltanto quando il vapore ha fatto scattare l’allarme antincendio a seguito del quale sono state evacuate tutte le stanze. Una piccola disavventura che non ha comunque avuto alcuna conseguenza ed ha anzi dimostrato che i sistemi di sicurezza sono perfettamente funzionanti!

The cooie restaurant was excellent value for money and the staff there was excellent.

Everything good only issue was people shouting at the back woke us up a couple of times. Suppose that’s to be expected outside a pub on a Friday night.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable all the staff were polite and friendly would definitely stay again and great value for money

Room was really small but it was a cheap price for a room.

The host was very friendly kind. The location was quiet and close too local shops for all your amenities the staff in the pub were very friendly.

Room is cosy, clean and tidy. Bed is comfortable and good bisquits with tea and coffee. everything you need. I would stay again for work.

The only downfall is the surrounding area. Not hotels fault but cumbernauld is quite rough. The pub next door is nice but due to the area its one of them pubs where you dont feel welcome. The staff are great but strangers are out of place. again not pubs or hotels fault.

Text confirming where to collect the key so saved time needing to book in. Room although small was comfortable, restaurant was nice food.

Just need to remember to also clean the toothbrush holder glass please

No Parking, had to park behind the Main Street

Cosy, warm room with an extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of refreshments and fresh towels provided. Shower nice and warm with good pressure. Located in a lovely little village.

It was a little noisy due to kids in the room above but I understand it's quite difficult to stop children making noise. I also didn't address this with Jacqueline for her to move me or anything which was a personal decision. I was perfectly comfortable in my room and the noise did calm after a couple of days. I just wanted to flag that noise can travel in this accommodation and may disturb some.

Location is great rooms are clean and comfortable. I have stayed over many times and never disappointed.
