the furniture is cheap, headboard not attached so every move in the bed makes it bang against the wall, neighbors must be very curious. headboard lights didn't work, tv remote didn't work, no instructions for the appliances, no information on when the room would be cleaned. the general feeling is: turn a box into a studio apt. using the cheapest objects possible.

The room came stocked with some cleaning supplies and enough towels for my stay. It was a cozy and clean space. I liked that it had a kitchen and dishwasher too. It was also in a really good central location and within walking distance of the city's main attractions.

The shower had a bunch of mildew in it and parts of the room were dusty. When I arrived, no one met me to hand me the key - I called many times but no one picked up. The staff had forgotten about me and after arguing, they eventually made me walk across the city to pick up a set of keys, after I spent all day on a plane getting there. The location was good, but also very loud. Occasionally cigarette smoke from the street would get into my room. The apartment is definitely more expensive than it should be. If it was 25-50% cheaper, I would have taken less offense, but given how much I paid, it definitely felt worse.

There was no balcony although they show it in the photo.

The location was really good. The temperature of the whole building was always warm, which helps in the winter. Overall the room was confortable.

The fact that there is no elevator is bad for someone who's travelling with big suitcases and needs to go all the way up some very narrow stairs. The restroom was incredibly tiny and the shower sink was constantly clogging. Also, the shower courtain was too big and the floor outside it got super wet everytime someone took a bath. The fact that you need to pick the leys up somewhere else is also annoying. Although they claim there's someone in the reception, I've never seen anyone there for a whole week and you need to go to a hotel 10 mins away to get your keys.

Very good relation of price to quality, especially for Utrecht. Location is very convenient, room is big and clean, heating is nice. Kitchen is all-included what is also a plus.

The appartment is really nice and cozy, i stayed a bit over a week. Great location, throw stone from Utrecht Centraal and well served as an apartment. Also equiped with what is needed to cook, dishwasher and everything. The heating was excellent as well. The furniture is nice and really good to stay.

The bed is nit really comfortable, the bathroom really small and the cleaning lady did not come in the whole week. Luckily I was always at work so i didn't mess with the appartment but still maybe some extra towels or toilet paper have helped. When I called for cleaning, they said she will come next day, never happened. A bit expensive for a week stay but worth the money

not enough silverware

i did not know that the apartment was so far from the hotel where i had to collect the keys. i thought it would be opposite the street. cost me another taxi drive to get to the apartment. better communication would have helped.

the toilet was not cleaned properly. please use a brush that reaches to all parts that need to be white. it has to be a brush that is curved. need i say more. that was what was really unpleasant. even after asking it was better- but the guy could not reach where he should to clean properly/

Great Location! Courtyard was nice but needed sweeping

No iron available in the laundry for the greater majority of our 8 nights there. Lack of presence of any staff made us feel neglected!

The location is rather amazing. You can basically walk or bike anywhere in Utrecht. The room is spacious and had a fully functioning kitchen. We loved that a lot. Small balcony with a view into nothing. Probably only good for getting a smoke outside without having to go down and then up 2 floors. Room was clearn, we had more than enough towels, free WIFI and everything we really needed.

The key was actually waiting for us in a box outside the door entrance. Thing is, I wouldn't know that, nor know the code combination to open the box, if I hadn't called, and by luck I had a working SIM I could call from and get that information. The woman on the line was very nice and helpful, and made sure we had everything we need. Would make sure you communicate with the hosts before arriving there, so you don't get stuck. There is no reception in place or anyone to talk to. There's no reserved parking for guests, while parking on the street is REALLY expensive. If you rent a car, you should take that into consideration. The room we got was on the 2nd floor, no elevator and very narrow stairs. I know it's a thing in Holland, but it's worth mentioning. Also, we were missing toilet paper in place, and bought a 9-pack in the supermarket near by.
