Any kitchen equipment was there, as well as two dishwashers. For big family trips it is perfectly equipped and you can cook each day. The pool was clean and refreshing. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The beach is only 8min walking away, but consider that you have to walk down a hill to get there. Vrsar is build in a hill, so be aware that you will have lot of down and up hill walks.

No private parking slot available, but normally there is always a free space in front of the villa, but worst case you can park on a public parking slot down the hill (2min).

Excellent location, right next to the old town. Very fast communication.

This is all with respect to the high price, for such an expensive place we simply expected more: - The dishwasher in the downstairs kitchen was broken, with a note stating we should not use it. - There was no equipment for the downstairs kitchen, everything had to be carried down from upstairs. - We were 6, but for 8 people there might have not been enough dishes and seats available. - Only 4 sunbeds for up to 8 people - The information provided on booking.com was partially wrong: we had to check-out an hour earlier than expected, toilet paper was not provided, the gas for the BBQ ran out immediately. - one room did not even have an A/C and in one of the others it didn't work properly - no mosquito nets anywhere so we could not leave windows open for long at night
