The location was amazing, the apartment has a very large balcony with stunning sea views.

The view from the terrace is exceptional. The beds were perfectly confortable and the linen clean.

The apartment is described as air-conditioned. However, one bedroom is NOT air conditioned - and also airless, making it almost impossible to sleep in there in hot weather. It is not acceptable to describe a property as "air-conditioned" when one of the bedrooms is not air-conditioned. Providing a fan, is NOT air conditioning. Two of the air conditioning units in the apartment were not working on arrival and it took three days for technicians to arrive to fix / replace them. In any rental property, a booklet giving instructions on how to operate equipment (washing machine / dishwasher / TV / air conditioning etc) and offering advice on beaches / outings / restaurants is always a very sensible idea. There was no advice here. Several things in the apartment were either broken or dangerous. The sun parasol on the terrace was broken, the sun loungers on the terrace had both lost their sunshades, the towel rail in the blue bathroom was badly rusted, the bidet in the blue bathroom was impossible to use - the taps were impossible to turn. Water pressure was very low, and the water took more than 5 minutes to run warm in the showers. Two of the gas taps on the hob would not light. The electrical point next to the stove blew a fuse when something was plugged into it - we told the owners about this who promised that the caretaker would look at it - he didn't.

The house is not mantained properly and the sink was totaly blocked and not possible to use. Very poor kitchen equipement. Low standrad house.

The view from the property was amazing, comfy beds, great location (shops and beach walking distance), our hosts were very good, no issues and punctual. Relaxing holiday, would recommend.

Not really important, but the shower could have been better.
