Great apartment, spotlessly clean & in a fabulous location.

Excellent hospitality and availability from the host, very well located and relatively clean apartment. We particularly appreciated the presence of coffee capsules, ventilators in each room as well as bath and bed sheets.

The only weak point is the soundproofing with the upper floor, as the upper neighbor is somewhat noisy during the night.

The location is convenient. The host was very nice to let us check out in the afternoon.

The location was spot on. In the historic center, 1 minute from piazza navona and a busy pedestrian area full of good places to eat, also a grocery store is a few minutes walk away. One can walk almost everywhere, even with bigger kids. The apartment was good size, sufficient facilities, had nespresso machine to start off the day. The beds were comfortable and not at all small, easily fitting 2 ppl each. The manager was friendly and in touch all the time about anything we might need.

Like many mentioned, the bathroom is in a sad condition and should be fully renovated. It wasnt dirty but looked very very worn, the toilet splash mechanism had no cover, the shower had some weird issues, the sink was stuck. I guess if it was fixed, the price would have gone up by 50%, so maybe it is better just to accept it. Still not cheap at all, but Rome accomodation can be very expensive.

it’s a charming and spacious property in an absolutely perfect location! we could walk almost everywhere and had wonderful sights just around the corner. the host is lovely and helpful and always reachable.
