It was central for everything. In fact the Roman theatre ruins were literally up the street. It was near the port and shops, cafes etc. There is a bar underneath where we had our coffee and breakfast for the 2 mornings we were there. It was closed in the evenings. I had to call the owner 30 minutes before we got there then he met us there to let us in. Very pleasant chap and he spoke English. I would book again.
It took us a bit of time to find it but I've put a photo on of the bar that it's over and hopefully that will help other clients find it .The apartment is through the door on the right of the building and on the 2nd floor. The stairs!! Don't book if you have knee or hip problems, concrete steps and steep with no handrail.
It was noisy but the second night was The Festival of the Medieval so there were many people in the streets til 4am so nosier than usual. We live in Spain so used to noise.

is a very noise apartment, it was as if I was sleeping in the street, because of the noise! they still have to work on cleaning

Brilliant location and helpful staff
Very steep narrow stairs. NOT suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Located at centre of party area. On Saturday nights (but only Saturdays) the youth of Cartagena party loudly till 6 in the morning and the cleanup starts round 7

Great host who recommended some amazing restaurants!
The bar downstairs was very noisy until late and again in the early morning!

The host was very kind and helpful, we were struggling to get at the address of accommodation, but the host helped us to sort it out. The location and space in the apartment were amazing. Very nice, clean and comfy place. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Suberb location, less than 15 walk to all major sites of interest. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, perfect for solo travellers or a couple. The host is really helpful and friendly.
The only downside is that Saturday nights are noisy as people like to party in the street below. Normally the location is really quiet and peaceful. This would not stop me going there again though.
