Eigentlich alles. Insbesondere die Lage ist toll. Direkt an schönen Stränden, die teilweise öffentlich und kostenfrei und zumeist bis weit ins Meer mit Sand gefüllt sind, so das auch Kinder hier prima baden und relativ weit ins Meer gehen können, ohne den Kontakt zum Boden zu verlieren. Die Promenade führt nach Süden, schön am Meer und an zahlreichen guten Restaurants vorbei. Auch an deutlich teureren Luxushotels und Villen. Es ist schön dort zu spazieren. Es gibt um die Ecke einen Mini Markt und nach 20 Minuten Fußweg das Zentrum von Voula mit Aβ Supermarkt usw...Das Appartement ist weitläufig und in gutem Zustand. Insbesondere das Hauptbad und die Schlafzimmer scheinen erst kürzlich renoviert. Der Balkon nach vorne mit Meerblick ist toll und groß, hat manuelle Rollos und Insektengitter. Die Küche hat schon einige Jahre hinter sich, ist aber gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst und viele Annehmlichkeiten vorgefunden, die nicht selbstverständlich sind. Antulio ist ein toller Gastgeber.

Das Appartement ist Tip top, die Anlage leider in Teilen verlassen und brach liegend.

The house was big and spacious, the decoration on the inside was very pleasant and functional, perfect to cook meals if needed. The location was perfect for us because it was on the beach front and not far from the metro connection to Athens and at the same time as all the amenities for a beach day, restaurants, bars, kiosks, sun lounges...

Nothing really!! I thought it was exactly what we wanted,

Attulio was very accommodating. We asked to check in at noon as our flight arrived early. Also accommodated us for late check out. The apartment is a quite large with three bedrooms big dining table and one of the best equipped kitchens I have experienced. No need to buy salt pepper and basic condiments. We did not use the laundry or dishwasher much, but these were also well supplied. Beach towels present. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

Apartment is right across the street from the beach. Perfect for kids but noisy for adults. If you are a paddle ball player, great! if not, the back and forth of the ball can be quit annoying, especially if there are several players and play all afternoon. Also, I feel like maintenance did not prepare the apartment appropriately the kitchen and dining area floors were not cleaned thoroughly. Perhaps they did not have the time, since we checked in early, but we would not have minded it if they were cleaning while we were there. Thus the lower rating

Wonderful apartment opposite the beach with lovely sunset views! Had everything you needed for a relaxing break! Also provided bath robes and slippers as well as beach towels. Great location on the Athens Riviera with good restaurants within walking distance. Excellent host who even sent over extra water when the mains burst - luckily water supply was restored fairly quickly!

Everything was great!

This lovely property lives up to its name! Stylish, clean and cozy, every little detail has been considered. Our family of four (incl. two teens) simply unpacked & felt right at home for our 5 night stay. Location was perfect, directly across from the beach & a short walk to several nice restaurants. Kitchen was also set up so we could eat in. Despite our very delayed arrival, Antulio, our gracious host, ensured we settled in & was very responsive throughout our stay. Really hope to return for a longer break one day!

Unexpected noise every morning from a neighbour’s construction project disturbed this otherwise peaceful & lovely setting.
