Very close to the beaches, newly fitted, very clean. The host met us and guided to the appartment on a scooter when we arrived and could not find the exact location (we phoned him).

On the third day there was some bad smell from the toilet, but we opened a small window in the bathroom and it disappeared.

What stood out to me was the great and quick communication with the staff. All of my questions were answered and I even received some freshly collected figs from the garden, which were delicious. Also, Ardian was very kind and welcoming and even offered to bring me to the bus station in Ulcinj as I did not arrive by car. I really appreciated the friendly team and their efforts regarding the well-being of their guests as gestures like these really make a difference during your stay. As for the apartment: it is located about 15 minutes to the beach and to the supermarket each by foot, which is great for spending some quality time in the sun while also enjoying the quiet surroundings. As the accommodation is surrounded by nature, it is easy to relax during the day and at night. Please note: Be aware of leaving your door open for too long as the apartment is located in natural surroundings and mosquitos etc might enter. However, fly screens prevent insects from entering via the window and fly swatter can be provided. If you are planning to do lots of activities and explore the surroundings, arriving by car may be recommended for more convenience. However, if you are looking for a beach vacation like I was and are not keen on walking in the hot temperatures of August, there is also a shuttle available going to Donji Stoj and to the long beach, which passes on the main road regularly and costs about 2€. Furthermore, kitchenware including a dishwasher, a drying wrack for your clothes and fresh towels were provided. The accommodation itself was clean and the bed is very comfortable to sleep in. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Ema'ar Villas a lot - it was great choice for a relaxed beach vacation.

The rooms were brand new, clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. What truly set this villa apart was the warm and welcoming nature of the hosts. They were always readily available to offer helpful recommendations, provide any assistance needed, and ensure that our every need was met. It is the perfect getaway for those looking for a peaceful retreat near the sea.

Great garden, with free fruits and vegetables. Total privacy, easy to reach beach, great owners, beautiful nature, cofee outside on bench in the mornig like in movies

Location in a remote area. Distance to the sea by walk 10-15 minutes, to shops and restaurants about 8 minutes. Nice garden. Very pleasant accommodation and helpful host.
