We're not breakfast people. Access to good coffee was all that mattered.

2km from Suncorp Stadium. Handy to Brisbane River walk and the city. Clean, tidy & easy to follow instructions for entry etc. Bottle of wine & bickies were a nice touch.
No hair-dryer in ensuite bathroom. No towels in bedroom 3. We had 3 people, each in a separate bedroom & bed 1 & 2 occupants used both towels each supplied for their rooms before realising bed 3 occupant had no towel. No big deal though.

Great town house! Two off street parks, great central location and so well presented. Quick, easy and cheap trip to the Ekka which was our reason for visit

We liked the location, the cleanliness, parking, most of the facilities.
Access to property, given wrong key code. Large security deposit. Constant hassling for information about our personal details. Could sleep 10 at a pinch with one on a mattress on the floor and 2 on a fold out sofa bed. No cleaning cloths in the kitchen and a dirty dish brush left.

Very cosy townhouse in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by lush greenery.
Kitchen is well-equipped, location is great with restaurants, supermarkets, airport and attractions within 10 to 20 minutes drive.
Young children is well taken care of with bunk beds, cots and plastic plates cups and plates provided.
2 sets of staircases to overcome especially when carrying heavy luggage.

The noisy neighbors and kid's next door the full stinky bins on arrival and our responsibility to put them out our night of arrival and the deposit still not back in my account a week later

The booking process and having to provide personal details. The security deposit was a bit OTT, but then maybe that's the way of the future, as people are not showing care or responsibility for people's property. However there should be a better rating for regular customers that have a proven track record of being responsible when staying in accommodation.

The townhouse is beautifully finished and a spacious place to stay with family. The accommodation was clean and well presented with easy parking and in a great location.
Being spread over three levels this accommodation may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues.

it was in a quiet location close to the shops
There was what seem to be dog hair over the floors. and on a set of bed sheets. The rug in the lounge room was stained badly. The spare single mattress has mould and a big stain on the bottom of it. The fans were full of dust

A+ for location, the city was only a short 3 minute drive situated in a quiet street. It was beautifully presented with lovely decor and best part was it was nice and clean. All the linen and towels provided with fans in each room for a comfortable sleep on those balmy warm nights. It was lovely to find a bottle of wine to greet us, a thoughtful sentiment and greatly appreciated!

The outdoor area and kitchen were great! Everything was lovely and clean and the free parking was convenient.
When booking it said that bedroom three had 2 single beds, one double and three bunk beds however the room only had one bunk bed with a double on the bottom therefore only sleeping three people. I booked for 8 people and one guest had to sleep on the sofa bed.

The location (being a stones throw from the Wesley Hospital) and the outstanding facilities make the townhouse a fantastic find. It’s comfortable, spacious and the hosts very responsive and understanding.
The cost for 3 people is exorbitant, but given the location (close to the Wesley Hospital) and the facilities of the townhouse, we’d stay again.
