Errol and his family are very warm and welcoming and keep the pace clean and tidy every day. It was nice and comfortable.

The room was really very confortable and we felt like we were at our home. You can use the kitchen to eat some snacks with coffee or prepair a breakfast. The apartment was clean and has all facilities that you can need. The family is really friendly.

The apartment is a little bit far away form the center, but you can get to the all touristic places using public transport. Communication in case of registration: it would be nice to have clear instructions on how to proceed if no one is at home. Some of the products in the fridges were expired.

Adlyn and Errol were excellent hosts, very kind and helpful. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The place is clean, quiet and homey, the other guests very respectful, and we slept very well. We all loved the place, and will choose this place if ever we are in the area.

Host was very warm, attentive & friendly. Kitchen modern, clean, generously stocked up. A really authentic new york home holiday feeling. The area was pretty chilled and friendly. Loved it. I could have put a tree up and called it home for 4 days.

Would have liked a sheltered space for smoking and/or bbq... but not really all that necessary in winter.

Excellent value for money and location. Yes you can stay in Manhattan but you'll pay the price and this was a massive saving on staying in the city and a subway station was really close by anyway to take you to wherever you needed to go. Accommodation and in particular the shared bathroom was kept spotless and even the shower curtain was changed. Plenty of food in the two fridges that you could help yourself to and all the items in the kitchen that you could possibly need plus a huge tv in the communal area (we didn't use it, as always out and about). Errol was an amazing host and somebody was always on hand if you had any issues, as he loves downstairs with his family. Neighbourhood apeared to be really safe also.

Owners are very friendly. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean.

Everything was excellent about the property. I really had a very comfortable stay there. I would really recommend everyone to give this accommodation a chance in New York. It will definitely live up to your expectations.

The hosts could not have been kinder or more helpful. It was like staying at a home away from home.

Errol and Adley are especially friendly and are always very aware of everything you require for your trip. They give you advice and tips on places to visit, routes, etc. The house is always very clean and the place very cozy. Very close to a Metro station and with shops nearby. You can cook and on the spot they shared food and drinks with us. The neighborhood is quiet and even we arrived late at night without problems.

welcoming , kind, owners, the property was very clean & with a well equipped kitchen, & was good value.

The location was ok, not too far from subway. It was clean and there was kitchen were you could eat and drink things that was provided by the owner. Talking about owners-they are lovely people, who will always help you. Really nice stay.

It was really hot in common areas-kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom was like a sauna even if you didn't take a shower, not metioning what was after a shower. Unfortunately there is also a specific smell of the house whitch stays with you and your things, especially clothes.

had the greatest surprise with this place!, at first we were not sure since it was going to be a "share" space, but for our surprise everything was perfectly clean, the kitchen and bathroom were full equipped with everything you may have forgoten to bring, and it was so nice to be able to had a cold bottle of water when we arrived tired after a full day of travel! even tho it was not their obligation the kitchen was always full with snacks and drinks! We went on July so it was very hot on the kitchen area, but each room had their own air condition that worked perfectly so it was not a problem for us. Even tho it is not very close of the manhattan area it is really easy to get there with the metro station that is really near by, and plus the location is really safe, we arrived late at night once because of a concert and we didn't had a problem. And in addition to all of that the host are so kind! really! Muchas gracias por su amabilidad! we hopefully will see you again but in Christmas time how you recommended!

Adlyn and Errol are super hospitable and warm people. This is easily the best deal we could find in the vicinity of Manhattan. Conveniently close to T line to Manhattan and at the same time a nice place to explore Brooklyn from. We were surprised it was still available. Accommodation was clean and we felt well taken care of. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to explore NYC for a smaller budget and in general. Thanks Adlyn and Errol for taking such good care of us! :)

It's a golden deal for NYC, but do keep in mind that it IS budget. Which means small rooms and possibly sharing the bathroom. But it had everything we needed and more, we felt welcomed by the host and the other guests and everything was spotlessly clean.
