A very good place to stay overall. The apartment is fairly spacious, the furniture and appliances are quite modern. Partial sea-view is very nice. We got free parking on site, right in front of the building (note, however, that it was the last week of the season, so occupancy was quite low). Breakfast is good, not spectacular but good. There's a nice restaurant right across as well. Staff was kind, and allowed for an early check-in. The beach is very nice and super close.

Couple things: 1) we asked for an extra sheet (not even an extra blanket), and even that meant additional money. I mean, the price per night was already exactly on par with the price per night of a 4* all-inclusive in Bulgaria. I'm wondering when will Romanian HoReCa management finally get over the habit of charging for every little extra thing instead of building customer loyalty. 2) The bathroom sink was not working well, something you'd expect maintenance staff to notice. 3) Also, there are stray dogs barking at night. Obviously this is not the hotel's fault, but still adds to the discomfort. All in all we'd come back, it's one of the top places on our seaside, which unfortunately does not mean it's one of the top places we've been to in Europe.

Check out was at 9 am which was very early

Poor breakfast; the pool minimum depth around 1,6m; you either choose walking on the sand area or by car to reach restaurants/bars area.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. The balcony was also very spacious.

There were no umbrellas in the pool and the water was not very clean. The pool was also not open when we arrived.

Staff and owner not really friendly and not showing any kind of effort to engage with customers on any level. Breakfast service quite disorganized. Even parking in front of the location with multiple parking spots available was always a chore and required discussions with the staff that mentioned "the owner doesn't like it if you park there". Guess the concept is that everything is there for the owner and his friends to enjoy and not the guests. Maybe the wrong business choice to go into with that attitude.

New apartment. Kitchen very sparsely furnished, no kitchen towels, paper, cleaning material. Only one plug available. Fridge was not switched on . They put absolutely no effort to have a working kitchen. Only one plug in bedroom for TV, no way to charge your phones while you watch tv. Had to turn off lights from door and then get into bed. Bath had no curtain shower so every where was wet after shower and quite slippery. One small roll of toilet paper.

Large apartment, comfortable bed. Quite. Breakfast good, nice staff.

Lack of air conditioning in the bedroom. No internet in the room.

Some of the positive aspects: friendly staff, good location close to good restaurants and a mini market, close to the beach, clean and well equiped studio with everything you need.

Looks good on the outside, but details make a difference and at Miramare they don't pay attention to details like: changing towels when there is a note in the room saying they can chage them if you leave them in the shower, but actually that is not the case and they charge you if you need a clean towel. Breakfast in theory is from 8.30 am, but occasionally, there is no chef available until 9am and don't expect to get what is on the menu. Instead of grilled veggies and prosciutto I was given a few salad leaves and tomato slices with my fried eggs. Also, very noisy in the weekends. The pub downstairs has very very loud music until midnight.... not a place to come with little children.

The location is great, in the good area of Mamaia....Very beautiful apartment, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the room, good and extremely punctual. The beach wasn’t crowded even though it was the middle of August and social distancing was respected. All in all, we had a great stay and we were extremely happy with our choice considering the pandemic.

The kitchen was equipped at the bare minimum (a pan, literally 3 plates and 2 glasses)....not too practical for a traveling family with a toddler. Fortunately we received this information before arrival so we came prepared, but it would be very useful if more equipment was provided.

I loved the size of the apartment the cleanliness and that everything was functional.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a iron for clothes. I definitely don’t suggest the breakfast and the restaurant near below. Very expensive and frozen food.
