The bungalow was adorable.

The shower pressure was extremely low as well as the sink faucet in the bathroom. The first night it was a bit stronger enough to take a quick rinse. We weren’t able to shower the second night because the water only dripped, no shower strength power for the water to come out. The air conditioning unit was constantly turning on and off throughout the night which was not fun.

The room was just the right size for a quiet relaxing time away from home. It's really a quiet neighborhood and I love the short walk to the beach and how private the beach was. It was not over crowded at all. We will definitely be coming back for future visits.

Being handicapped I got QUITE upset when the maintenance/cleaning crew in the white cargo van showed up and parked in the handicap spot and left the van there for 2 days. Packing up to leave became much more challenging.

Location is great. Like that it dog friendly.

Place could use some upkeep. Front window broken could not keep open. No kitchen towels, no rug or matt at front door to wipe sand off feet.. needs another outdoor shower. Needs hose that works to wash off feet, the one by the outdoor shower did not work. Roach in my room the day I left.

Location, parking was easy and the beach access very close.

The cottage was lacking cooking utensils that we had to ask house keeping to bring. Tile floors were sticky to barefeet. There was foreign hairs found in the sheets of the bed. The fees we were quoted for the stay was $120 per night. However they fail to mention that once booked they add a $150 cleaning fee, tax plus plus, dog fee $25. per night. When all is said and done.....$500 for two nights. For that price we would have picked a large hotel chain vs supporting a small business operator. We were told by some quests that this place was sold to new owners in Dec 2022, they havent changed the web site or welcome books in each unit with the new policy, such as the dog fee was $10 now 25, check is now 10am vs 11am, even though its posted on the refrigerator.

I loved having a kitchen. The porch was perfect to sit and relax.

Nice place, good location. Little run down but very tidy otherwise. If your used to high quality hotels, this is not for you. But staff are friendly and welcoming.

Needs freshen up. Air conditioner too noisy to run at night. Toilet bowl lose on the floor.

There was no breakfast but we loved the kitchen! Parking was very close and the individual yards were nice too!

There were a few things...broken toilet paper holder, only 1 towel in the bathroom and the air conditioner constantly ran, and it did not "smell healthy" it was cool enough but the constant noise and the worry that it would malfunction. I was also very disappointed to see in the "in room" brochure that we could have booked the room for a week stay and spent less than we did for 4 days.

Great location, easy walking distance to the beach. The beach area was very nice and very secluded as the entrances are only for the people who live in the area.

We had to ask for face cloths, dish towel and extra toilet paper. It was hard to find anyone as there is limited office hours and staff on property.

Tropical porch out front & the room was nice & cold when we opened the door! We made coffee and walked two minutes onto beach to watch sunrise. Had a huge beach all to ourselves:)

The hotel is so close to the beach! Denise made it so easy to check in and out and was very helpful.
