L'appartement est spacieux et très bien placé, à 2 pas de la plage, 5 minutes à pieds du centre touristique et des restaurants. Le quartier est très calme. Le stationnement très simple. A refaire sans hésitation.

Il y avait quelques miettes sur le canapé. A part cela, RAS.

Muy buena ubicacion amplio y cómodo. Ideal para quienes gusten de las cosas sencillas, no lujos, pero con todo lo necesario.

Faltaban utensilios de limpieza, escoba, pala, por ej. No nos dieron solución en la inmobiliaria

Self catering, accommodation clean with everything you need for your say. Close to beach and amenities. Had a great time.

Dustbin being emptied late-night early morning but did not spoil the holiday.

The flat is quite spacious and is reasonably well equipped. The garden is a great area to sit out with a drink or eat a meal. Location is great, right next to the beach.

Missing a few items in the kitchen such as a chopping board and a bottle opener. The house is quite old and so the facilities do look a bit tired. However, this does give it a certain charm. Traffic noise can be a bit annoying when trying to sleep especially in the front bedroom. I'd recommend ear plugs.

We were told on arrival the accomodation was not available !

Unfriendly staff on arrival at office, we were told AGI La Pinta was not available and we were offered a 4th floor flat which we refused as we had a dog with us and need a garden. We were given an alternative appartment but this appartment was not ready for guests , dirty , lots of ants in bathroom and kitchen and the door in the bathroom did not close. We raised the issues with a member of staff, we were given ant repellant but nothing was done about the bathroom door ! On two of the night we were there the appartment above us was rented out for private birthday on parties with about 50 people at each event with very loud music and people coming and going all night disturbing us with banging gates and distressing the dog. We walked to AGI la Pinta which was in a much better location very near the beach which would have been ideal for my dog. All in all a very disappointing week in Roses.

It’s position was 2nd to none, any nearer to the beach, and you would be swimming.

No air con for the summer, and only a couple of heaters for the winter. Hot water was a bit inconsistent, a new boiler would not go amiss, and a kettle would be handy.
