The room offered great space and a balcony and accomadated us for our travelling needs. The beds were comfy and the staff friendly and helpful mostly. The room was perfectly located for the beach, only 1 minute walk away. Local bars, restaurants and grocery shops with 4 minutes walk. The inclusive breakfast offered a great continental selection suitable for a range of dietary requirements.

The time for inclusive breakfast was a little short and could have extended time until 11am. The bedroom tv only showed two channels and having to pay for a clean beach towel.

The location was good, it was a 5 minute walk to the beach and just around the corner from the shops and restaurants. They had free air con which was a blessing for the warm nights! The cleaners were lovely and so professional.

The staff were very rude. I feel like they didn’t want to be there, they didn’t really want to help guests if there was an issue. It was very clear all the cared about was getting money for rentals/sun loungers or dining in their hotel. The place is very out dated. To say four star I feel is very much wrong. I felt like I had walked into a old folks home. The beds were rock solid, I know they can’t comply with everyone’s comfort needs but my god to have mattresses that hard surely can’t be okay. I wouldn’t stay hear again, I’m 27 and I’m not a rude person honestly. I’m a mum of two and this was a break. I don’t speak back to anyone but the hotel staff genuinely made me feel like a little girl again and I hated it. There’s no need to speak to people with no respect!

The system at breakfast was ridiculous waiting to be seated but no podium so very unclear whether you could walk straight in or not. Also the food for breakfast was not great. Also some of the servers kept snapping dishes away before you were finished.

Cala Dor is pretty, the hotel is actually in Cala Egos, it's about 30minutes walk to Cala Dor. The Staff are excellent, especially Francisco, but all staff very good. Food is also very good, Half Board Works Well. Lovely outlook to the Sea, little coves all good

It is a bit out from the centre of Cala Dor, but I guess that's what makes it so pretty. Some of the entertainment could have been better. Maybe a kettle in the room, would be a benefit. But really these are small niggles.
