We got many crockroaches in the apartment and had regarding that a very stressful night and following dates until we got a solution regarding this case. For me the worst thing about this was that we didn't got a compensation and paid full price night for a smaller room after that plus the stress and handling the situation ourselves and the effort for packing/ unpacking changing rooms and a lot of inquiries until we decied to check out days earlier. Disappointingly.

Beautiful HUGE apartments in classic style. Huge terrace with all day sun and beach views. Heated pool overlooking the bay is amazing - gorgeous sunsets. Washing machine and dryer available. Modern equipped kitchen. Huge terrace with all day sun and beach views. Heated pool overlooking the bay is amazing - gorgeous sunsets. Overall the hotel complex is very peaceful. The hotel has its own limited parking - for about 6 cars. Unlimited parking is on the street, but sometimes you have to walk a short distance.

We had problems with the hot tub which leaked and flooded our entire room and hallway. After reporting it to the staff, a nice repairman fixed it. Unfortunately, the WIFI did not work the entire time we stayed (5 days) - not even minimally. The patio separation between the apartments could be better - not much privacy on the patio when the neighbors are outside at the same time.

The size of the partment was really good, a very king size bed, and double balcony with an amazing view from it, much better that in the pictures, as we have had a wiev of a volcano in Tenerife, watching sun going down each night was an amazing experience. Wifi as well as everythings else worked just fine. The girl at reception Sara was always full of smile and happy to help us, nothing was too much trouble to her. We will defintely come back.

Liked the spacious rooms in the apartment, the big balcony, the view, the cleaning staff. Location was good if you don’t mind walking up and down a fairly steep hill to and from the beach, about 20 minutes walk. The alternative is a taxi. Taxi stand nearby. A little shopping centre with a small supermarket nearby was handy. There was a nice pool area.

There was supposed to be a restaurant in the hotel, but we never saw activity there so we went elsewhere for meals out. There was no security at the entrance to the block of apartments. Anybody could get into the lifts from the road and make their way down to the apartments.

Well equipped flat with spacious rooms. All is there that needs to be there, and then some. The only thing that could have been better about the room is the layout. There is enough space to divide the bedroom into two rooms, which would make more sense for families. But since it was just the two of us, it was all good. Staff was correct and professionally friendly, but they seem to have strict procedures and they are not allowed to cater for anything beyond that.

They gave us the room with the least view, furthest down on the hill. View was still OK, but I am wondering why they gave us that one, since the hotel was not full at all. They also did not let us stay in our room a few hours longer on the day of check-out, even though there were no guests scheduled to occupy the room, and cleaning was not scheduled for that day neither. We were only allowed to stay longer at a hefty surcharge. Was that really necessary?

The suite was very big and had a great view! We also enjoyed the kitchen bug bathroom with jacuzzi. There was every thing one could need. I highly recommend Holiday Club Jardin Amadores! We will be back!

The wi-fi is not working. According to booking.com there is wi-fi present. The staff knew about the problem, but nothing had been done, and according to them it would not be fixed within a few months. We had planned some working during our stay, but that was impossible. The apartment was situated 5 meters from the neighboring hotel. The neighboring hotel turned out to be a centre for African refugees. They were overlooking our balcony and making a lot of noise - also during the night. Aircondition - yes - but not possible heating the apartment on a rather chilly day of around 17C. The apartment did not at all live up to the 5-star classification. We checked out after 1 night out of 14 booked. No refund possible. Trying to have refund through booking.com . In my opinion, booking.com should not be satisfied having this hotel as a possibility at Amadores Beach.

Lots of space. Daily cleaning. Off road parking. Quiet.
