Location, cleanliness, staff.

WiFi is poor and drops a lot, keypad for entry to room does not always work. No soundproofing between apartments, you can hear everything happening even though your neighbours may not be noisy.

I liked that was very close to everything, not to high up ,staff very friendly

The pilows were very poor ,they can doo with new ones and the shower tray very slippery you can easy have a accident, I suggest to do something about .

Great location, 10 minutes from beach and main shopping centre. 5 minutes from main bus station. The apartment was clean and fresh. All staff were friendly. A short hill to the apartment but at the bottom of quite a big hill so was manageable. Had everything you needed for a self catering hoilday. Large balcony with sun loungers and patio table with chairs. We stayed on the top floor with hillside views. The apartment was spacious. Wifi worked on and off but was enough for us. The pool area had sun all day until around tea time, when the sun would go behind the apartment's, toilet near the pool to save you having to go to and from apartment. Beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed, which we also used, wasn't as comfortable. We would return without a doubt!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only disappointing thing was we had booked 2 apartments but they weren’t next to each other, with an apartment in between.

The apartment is sparkling clean. It is well maintained.And staff cleans the room every other day which I really like. The location is perfect. It's close to the beach and walking distance to the shopping center.

5 minute easy walk to centre. 8 minute walk to beach. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great showers and comfy beds. Good size terrace.

Would like to be able to buy big bottles of water from reception, although there is a vending machine for soft drinks.

Good location. Apartment nice and bright with a good sized balcony.

We stayed in apartment 302. The shower is in need of serious repair (replaced). Black mould all around floor tray . Water spitting out from underneath the shower. Had to mop it up after every use with floor mat. We asked to be moved but there was no apartment available. The service staff did their best to help by giving us extra floor mats. We were staying for 2 weeks and had upgraded to a good apartment but we must have got the worst one judging from other comments. On the 11th night of our stay there was a lot of rain and when we got back to the apartment after our evening out water was pouring through the ceiling into the wardrobe and onto the bedroom floor. A lot of the clothes were soaking wet. As there is nobody on site in the evening we had to wait until morning to make phone calls to report the problem. A lady from management came and we were able to move to apartment 301 for last 3 days. She was sympathetic to us and organised for the wet clothes to be taken to the laundrette and returned in the evening. We also received some wine and chocolates. I requested compensation from EO Corona Cedral and was refused. I would have expected that they would make some refund as I paid €126 for upgrade. The total price for 2 weeks was €1350!!

Great location, close to the beach and commercial centre

this property was conveniently located in Puerto Rico very close to the ocean may be only a 10 minute walk. There was a grocery store not far off may be about five minutes… The bus station was about five minutes and post office as well if you needed that. There was a 10 minute walk to the local shopping malls. All in all it was a fantastic location and experience!

The apartment was very clean, we couldn’t ask for more really. The property its only 1 min walk to the centre of the town, and 5 mins away from beach. Staff its so incredibly nice and arranged everything according to our needs, can’t wait to come back here!

Loved this place. Location great between the shops and the beach. Lovely and quiet, very clean, friendly helpful staff especially the receptionist who I didn't catch her name but really helpful in arranging a room for us to shower before our late flight which was much appreciated. Will definitely stay again.

The furniture in the main living area was a bit run down. The shower was great but it leaked all over the bathroom floor everytime it was used.

Very pleased with are stay the Manger was very pleasant and could not do enough for you. Only criticism would be the TV.only a few English channels when we could get them.
