Las instalaciones muy adecuadas, ordenas y en Perfecto aseo, adicional el desayuno incluido en la habitación estuvo magnífico.

Al momento del registro, cobraron un impuesto que no había sido informado por la página. Y no era sólo yo, eran demasiadas personas con el mismo disgusto.

Everything, the location, staff, rooms, cleanliness. Beds were confortable, AC in rooms, mini bar and snacks. Hot water and spacious bathroom. The breakfast.

That I couldn't stay longer.

The neighbourhood has a bohemian mood and the hotel itself was adapted properly for families. Bedsheets and matresses very comfy make you rest pacefully. Very worthy staying and the staff were so helpful.

The shower may be better isolated from the rest of the room. Very tiny defect but very good place in general.

The room was clean, shower was good with warm water. The front desk staff were very kind. Booking an airport transfer was very easy. We were able to store our luggage on our last day. We got access to our room upon arrival in the morning since it was already ready, we didn't have to wait until check-in. The location is good, close to the 70 and close to 1st and 2nd Laureles parks, walkable to estadio and unidad deportivo belen. There is a moto rental place just across the street too.

I booked a triple room hoping it would be a bit larger but it was small. There were two small windows that opened into the hallway but the air circulation didn't feel that great. I could smell smoke in the hallway one time, maybe a guest was smoking unfortunately. There was no toilet paper so I had to ask for a roll when I arrived.

The staff were attentive. The location was good, very close to the main street in Laureles. You get what you pay for.

The shower did not have hot water and the room was internal with little ventilation, so it felt quite damp. However, for the price it was great.

the room didnt have windows to the outside and my room was on the groundfloor right next to the reception so a bit noisy. but other than that it was a great place to stay

From day one the staff made me feel at home - they deserve the highest praise. I cannot thank Leidy & Lisney enough for their help, support and advice. I also wish to thank the night porter & the wonderful kitchen staff. I will definitely come back here when I return to Medellin.

the location was the best and the day staff great. the rooms are small and the two I was in had no windows but that’s not an issue for me. all the best restaurants and bars right outside the front door . it is also in a very lovely neighborhood

rooms: it was dirty and dingy and in disrepair in the rooms we were given (203 and I think 207). the initial room the sheets were dirty as in body hair and flecks of dirt on the sheets. we immediately requested a new room and they gave us one that was worse. this one had had peeling paint, bugs, and just overall dirty walls, dirty soap dispensers, sink, shower etc. it was almost like I happen to be there on a day housekeeping didn’t show up. I had such high hopes for this property and I hope it was just an “off” day.

Located in quiet and beautiful area close to many restaurants and stores and near metro to access all parts of Bogota. Good breakfast and staff at front desk always available to assistance 24/7. More like hotel than hostel regarding social atmosphere with a more business environment. Rooms were smaller but comfortable had everything you need

Downstairs rooms are basically internal rooms with a small window to a corridor. We requested to change to a 1st floor room (for an extra fee) and had better ventilation and light although decoration and fixtures still looked pretty old and tatty. Only one towel per guest.

Everything was clean, the location is very good

very clean and professional looking, staff was always helpful and nice. Had a lot of restaurants near, we were able to leave our bags in the morning and come back later for the check in.

A bit far from public transport, breakfast can be a little bland and small but it was good enough to fill you.
