Very clean bedroom room and bathroom, entire place is clean. the bed very comfortable, great breakfast , everything was perfect. Thank you Caroline for such a great host. Highly recommended

great experience ! quiet room, nice view, lovely host, tasty breakfast ! all in all 10/10, looking forward to returning and referring to any friends who visit the area. exactly the welcoming, warm spirit that experienced during our trip to ireland.

No cooked breakfast we were informed the evening we arrived that there would be no one available to cook it. We were told there would be something left out, pastries & fruit 🙄, we are not in France ! we entered a room the next morning to try find it, it was a sitting room couldn't find it, no sinage whatsoever any where to tell us where anywhere was. So disappointed compared to friends of ours who stayed in b and bs in the area that were outstanding for the same price and all got a nice irish breakfast, which after a wedding is always lovely.
When you arrive at the house the first sight that greets you is a big window with the curtains closed and all crumpled up curtains just sitting on the widow sill, strange! First impressions not good, no flowers out front just not homely or inviting. But sneaking a peek out the back through the bathroom window there was a lovely garden.

Everything was perfect! We had a confortable and quiet room, and a very nice breakfast.

Caroline was a great host, she went above and beyond offering to collect me for the train when I mentioned I couldn't drive. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was not ensuite but I had my own bathroom that was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend.
The house was not signposted and difficult to find.

Location great. View to die for from our bedroom. Breakfast lovely and what a great host Caroline is.
Would have preferred to have bathroom as en suite. It was ok as we were the only guests that night but I believe the facilities are often shared..

Clean and comfortable room. Owner let me collect key early, nice breakfast and owner was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

We were visiting friends locally and Caroline was very accommodating when we asked to check in early.

Such a lovely stay at Viewmount. Caroline was so welcoming. Our room was spotless and super cosy.the bathroom was stunning and again spotless. Gorgeous breakfast too. Thank you so much we will definately be back x

A welcoming host, with a super clean bungalow. I had a lovely bedroom with a view of the hills. Continental breakfast was perfect. I look forward to staying at Viewmount again

Lovely place to stay, nice big clean bathroom. Caroline was very helpful and communicated well in the run up to our stay. My partner has specific dietary requirements which were met impeccably, thank you.

The quietness, farm animals out your window, the bathroom has a bath, the room so comfy as was the bed, very clean and friendly. I just missed not having a fry for breakfast.
I love an Irish breakfast when away and this didn't have this facility, but it's the only thing I would fault this on. Caroline was so lovely, and the room clean & tidy.

Central location near almost everything, supermarkets, pubs, pastures and people... a pleasant host and wonderful shower... big healthy breakfast and nice conversation. The place was quite welcoming, warm and spotless clean.
The room is near a main road with cars, but luckily, there are not too many cars because the road isn't too busy. There isn't much noise...

The location and the view is superb. The house is warm and well-decorated. The hosts are welcoming, accommodating and understanding. Caroline gave us a lift twice to a bus station and didn't hesitate to offer her help. The breakfast was hearty and vegetarian upon demand, with plenty of fruit and fresh veggies. The room is exceptionally clean; the sheets are fresh and the shower is hot! What else do you need?!
It would help to have a table in a room, a lock to lock the door for privacy reasons, and also make an area around the sink in a bathroom more comfortable (when one washes hands, one almost crashes into a cupboard above the sink).
