Great location, staff always friendly and helpful.

In contrast to my previous staying this time room cleanliness was a bit overlooked.

It had black mould in the toilet and there was no permanent shower, only handheld, which made it hard to cleanse self.

The hotel has a great location in the center of Belgrade, the receptionists were nice. The upper rooms are quiet. Unfortunately, that's all of the positives.

If I talk further about the breakfasts that start at 8:00, I was also disappointed. The first day was relatively easy. We were given a choice of sweet, salty or a mix of both, the staff prepared it, everything was OK. The next day it wasn't right. After my arrival at 8:10 there was not much to choose from on the table, the eggs and sausages were cold, so I ended up with some salad and bread. For 8.5€ it seems really little to me.

The location was great, the room was spacious. The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly.

Access access access and Safety! If you're in a wheelchair, you can't get into this hotel. Not pram friendly either unless you can lift it up 25 stairs front entry or 8 steps back door entry. Also only 1 key supplied, physical key, cant lock the door from the inside without the key, no secondary lock, the actual door handle was broken and solely relied on the safety of the 1 lock. Family room, yet 1 key supplied. Anyone can access the hotel and lifts from the street from back door or front door entry, security or safety is not considered. Shower kept flooding the bathroom as there was no shower screen, therefore can't use the toilet without a flood of water..... Felt the springs in the bed mattress as well! The photos weren't what we got. 2 chairs for a family of 5 doesn't work either. Hot water didn't last long either when a whole family is trying to shower.

Great location in the heart of old bohemian Belgrade, old beer factory, industrial style. Would have liked to have a window in the room :-)

Amazing location - walking distance to all key attractions. Relatively clean.

The light situation was odd - it was super dark in the room so you couldn’t really use it fully or be inside for prolonged periods of time. It was also pretty stark in terms of furniture so made it difficult to get comfortable with two kids and their stuff. Would go back but without kids and would be perfect for adult/business travellers.

The staff were super friendly and accomodating and the location was perfect! big thanks to Nevena, Natalija, Anastasija and all the staff in reception, Sanja from housekeeping and Djorde from bar Boem for making our stay that little bit more special.

the placement of the aircon in the bedroom was not great. when it was on it was too cold but needed to be on as the other beds could not feel it. room needs a refresh but didn’t hinder our stay, and were told these will be renovated soon!

Our hotel room was spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Reception staff Maja and Nevena were so kind and helpful. They both went out of their way to help us with any questions we had. Breakfast was also fantastic. Would definitely return and stay here again and recommend others to stay here also.

Outstanding staff, each person offered help and considerations beyond standard hospitality, example a bit extra time for check out, leave luggage after check out. Modern, design rooms...fun and funky. Comfortable bed and linens. Nice breakfasts in the restaurant. 10 - 15 walk to markets, outdoor beer places and key attractions.

Wifi connection was too weak in our room. We could not used internet connection.

The location was great.

The walls are paper thin. We were in a room next to the reception desk (which is literally in the hotel lobby), and there was people in the lobby screaming all night. They made it a point to tell us we wouldn’t hear the workers at the desk, but they never did anything about the loud guests between the hours of 2-5 am. I called in the middle of the night to ask for ear plugs but they didn’t have.

The staf was friendly and helpful, they helped with parking and any questions we had. The location is great you can reach everything by walking, lots of restaurants on the street.

It was a bit noisy, both the door and the windows do not provide noise isolation. From our room we could hear people talking at the reception. One of the towels had a yellow spot on it, the toilet has no ventilator, the sliding door to the bathroom has no handle on it, the shampoo and shower gel come in some thin one time use packaging.
