The air conditioning was unavailable for 2 of the 4 nights. The room safe did not function.

They were really nice to us and making things easier. They were very flexible on our arrival. The breakfast was wonderful and the view even better. Hotel facilities were clean.

Great location on the beach road and 5 minute walk into shops and restaurants. Had a room with a balcony on the back which didn’t have a sea view but view over houses and up the hill was still very nice and enjoyed sitting out there. Lovely place to stay with a great beach, fun watching all the surfers and some great walks all around harbour and all way into old town. Restaurants very good.

The bar underneath the hotel was shut which was disappointing.

The room was very clean, the location of the hotel was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly.

I liked it all, but I thought the breakfast was overpriced for what it was.

In front of the seaside and walking distance to the harbour and town. Room was clean with good airco, fridge and good shower, toilet separated from bathroom which is a plus Free parking which was really appreciated

Room was small and at the backside on ground floor with view on the parking lot. So not very interesting. It was not an issue at all as we stayed only for 1 night and only "slept" there, but would definitely not have liked to stay longer. But for us it served the purpose to be right in front of the beach :)

The bed was super comfortable. Our room probably has one of the best sound proofing windows i have encountered. Could barely hear the outside noise. Although it was at ground level it still offered privacy because the balcony was somewhat higher. The staff was helpful with our bicycles.

fantastic location. clean and spacious room, off road parking, although, parking for my VW crafter was limited, but not impossible. Bed was comfortable, good shower.

Ended up with a mosquito in our room! But not blaming that on the facility.

Location on sea front. Kettle with tea and coffee. Extra pillow provided in wardrobe.

No coat hangers with bar to hang trousers. No milk provided with tea and coffee.

The location was great, as was the car parking. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel Valencia was everything I had hoped it would be. The location was perfect and we had a balcony that looked onto the beach. The room's lighting was excellent. The furniture was beautifully designed and functional. The bathroom had good lighting and a very enjoyable shower. We had a great time and are definitely going to make this a regular stop on our drive to Spain.

I don't think I can offer any improvements....

clean, comfortable, fresh and airy. Great location.
