Right in the middle of the centre. Friendly staff.

No car park as described. We had to pay 12 euros for 12 hours of parking. Couldn't close the door to the bathroom as the door had widened over time and it was impossible to close. Everything was a bit run down and felt a bit dirty.

The staff was so friendly, they also left a crib for my 1 year son, despite that in the booking said there are not cribs only extra beds. The breakfast was really nice.

Good location in the city center and comfortable room.

The bathroom had a pretty bad sewer smell and the shower doors didn’t close properly, so the floor got all wet.

Loved the linen and towels. Reception very helpful. Spotless clean room and ensuite

It was cool in the room maybe as its November a radiator for the bathroom maybe

Room was great, balcony to the old narrow street, full of atmosphere; Location was 2 minutes from the beach, couldn’t be better. The breakfast at €6 was tremendous value And very very good, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, large freshly squeezed orange juice, toasted ham/ cheese sandwich, coffee x2! The staff were particularly helpful and very friendly, especially Dai! Cascais is a nice town, especially the old part where we stayed, plenty restaurants, bars etc.

No hot water the 1st day but it was quickly fixed. 2 steep flights of stairs to room. No other areas to sit other than bedroom

The location is amazing 🤩 can't do better. The staff are so lovely. The room was exactly like the pictures. A baby Crib was provided to us The kitchen is well equipped With the heat wave the Air conditioning was working perfectly. Since we had a car there was a nearby underground parking 17 € per day.

Wonderful breakfast provided at very small cost at cafe opposite the hotel.

Check-in was easy. Indresa (sp?) was very friendly and helpful. This little inn is right in the heart of the Cascais business district, so there are loads restaurants and shops steps from the door.

The room is tiny, but we didn't carry much with us so it wasn't a problem. The bathroom was very small.

Amazingly friendly staff! Great location on a pedestrian street. Very clean. Comfortable sheets beds and pillows. The family room has a little peak of ocean! Large family room and private at the top of the building.

Just should note that the stairs are narrow and there is no elevator if you have mobility issues. Also, the address that is sent is correct, but the location on Google maps is not correct. Go to the address not the Google map location.

The staff was very nice and let us leave our bags early. They also took them straight to our room for us. The room and bathroom were really big and the bed was comfortable. We had a back room so no noise from the street. Close to everything. Great AC.

Shower door

Excellent location (2 min walk to the beach and right beside some of the best restaurants), staff were lovely oh and we loved our slippers and dressing gown.

No fridge - would have been nice to have even a small fridge.

Staff very very bad English and accommodation not good .No light in kitchen area.. requested to be fixed but was told they would be fixing it on departure day.. To to late 😡😡 not view from tiny balcony only saw roof and wall😡

No balcony and seagulls noisy early morning.. poor facilities in kitchen . Shower leaked and no non slip mat in shower unit..

What lovely staff who were so friendly and happy to help. Wonderful breakfast at the cafe opposite - unlimited coffee, lovely fresh orange juice, ham and cheese croissant and pastel del nata. The best location two minutes from the beach. Right next to restaurants, could not fault location. Clean apartment which was huge and very comfy bed!

Unfortunately the noise from other guests really let our stay down. We got woken up multiple times by other guests who were making a lot of noise checking in very late/getting home late. Unfortunately our room also backed onto the corridor with microwave and other bits and bobs and this again woke us up early as people shut the drawers are used the facilities. There was also a major leak from the upstairs shower and our shower leaked but they said they were trying to sort this. Take ear plugs!
