Quality Ocean Park Rental Just Minutes From Maine's Premier 7 Mile Sandy Beach
Bienvenue à "OceanBrook", le premier mot de la qualité des locations de vacances en bord de mer dans le Maine. Notre complexe de vacances unique de trois unités, situé au cœur de l'Ocean Park et du Jordan Park Marsh, est idéalement situé près de la célèbre plage de sable de sept miles du Maine sur la baie de Saco. Et c'est à seulement trois à cinq minutes à pied (2 pâtés de maisons) de la plage. Les trois unités de haute qualité d'OceanBrook sont disponibles pour des locations à la semaine et à plusieurs semaines de la dernière semaine de juin à la première semaine de septembre. (Notre haute saison d'été.) Pour le reste de l'année, il y a une exigence de séjour minimum de trois (3) nuits pour l'une de nos trois unités.

We had a lovely week in OOB with a family of 4. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the booking, check-in and check-out process.
The best part of the property is its proximity to the beach—short, 4-5 minute walk (even with two small ones and a wagon).
The location is also nice given its distance from downtown OOB which can be a lot.
The only downside of the rear buildings downstairs unit is the noise from the separate upstairs unit. If there’s a small group of early to bed folks, you’re probably fine, but bigger groups inherently make more noise. Would advise hosts to get some pads for the bottoms of the chairs, tables, beds, etc. up there—would make a nice improvement!

We loved staying at Jane and Joel's property in Ocean Park. The little ones loved the wildlife refuge and looking for Rocky the Turtle. My husband and I loved the easy walk to the beach and the adorable downtown area to get ice cream and coffee. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The two porches were the best spot to have coffee or sit and read. Plus, washer/dryer in unit was awesome since we we're traveling with our two young kids. Truly perfect. Thank you!

Nice place, very accommodating and comfortable. It was close to town and the beach was gorgeous and just a short walk up the road. However, we did have to vacuum up some spiders in corners so that was an issue and we had a bottom unit and the people upstairs were very loud.

Our family had the most perfect family reunion / vacation at Joel and Jane's beautiful home. Every detail exceeded what we had hoped for, and everyone was thrilled with our lovely getaway.
Communication with Joel was very easy and he made himself available when we needed him. When I first saw the ad on VRBO, I reached out about the place because my husband and I were bringing my parents, who are in their 90s, to Maine and I needed to know about if it was a single level facility and other questions like that. Joel got back to me right away with all the info I needed and more! Very courteous and prompt!
We look forward to future visits to Ocean Park and hope to stay here again! We couldn't ask for a better home away from home.

We had a family reunion and the house was great. Lots of room & flexible sleeping arrangements. The location is awesome. It's close to the OOB town center, but feels remote. It's about 2 blocks to the beach, which is extends for miles and is gorgeous. Jane and Joel were very responsive. We would definitely do this again.

Lovely 2 Bedroom 2 Bath with Fantastic Location!
The indoor space was clean and efficient. We found everything we needed. Loved the natural setting outdoor space with numerous birds , animals and the turtles did not disappoint!
Very pleasant short walk to the beach.

This place was great! We were lucky enough to get this rental because of a cancellation. My husband & I & our 3 kids (17, 13 & 10) loved staying here!

The location by the marsh is so relaxing & enjoyable.
We loved watching the birds, including ducks & egrets, squirrels, chipmunks & even a muskrat swimming in the edge of the marsh.
The location is very peaceful compared to the Old Orchard Beach strip which was very congested & populated. It’s close enough to enjoy the activities & restaurants, but far enough away to avoid the noise. We had never been to OOB & we felt lucky that we didn’t rent a place in the busy area.
A very easy walk to the beach. Beach was not super busy & the packed sand was great for walking when the tide was out. Kids loved playing & swimming..
House was very clean & had all the amenities we needed.
Cons:
Heard noise from upstairs guests. I’m very sensitive to noise like that & there were a lot of ppl upstairs & they seemed to be home when we were. It didn’t bother the others in my family. Wouldn’t keep us from returning.

We had best beach experience. Just one block away. The house was clean and the owner was great and helpful. The house had all utilities like kitchen utensils, variety coffee machines, towels ,air condition,laundry etc. The only things that was not provided was shampoo, body wash and no condiments in kitchen which may be coz of covid. I only mention this bcos we were provided all these things at other places we have visited . Otherwise we really enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful serene stay on the marsh, short walk to the ocean!
My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay in Ocean Park at this beautiful property. We were there for 4 days with our 4 kids and they had a blast scoping out all the animals that came and went daily from the marsh. We were just a few minute walk to the beach and made numerous trips there every day due to its proximity and ease of access. The home was clean, well equipped with necessities and the owners were lovely and helpful with everything we needed. We hope to return to this lovely spot in the future!

A lovely Stsycatiob!
We live in Maine and did not want to go far and I had lived in the area years ago. Joel snd Jane are great hosts—very kind snd responsive. The place is beautiful and quiet—we had a “front seat” indoors (on enclosed porches) or outdoors (on the brookside stone patio) to watch birds, ducks, turtles and other fauna. The unit is exceptionally clean; beautifully decorated; and well appointed—plenty of plates, pots, flatware etc.; well lit; close to beach. We all loved the place and hosts are great. We’ll be back!

Ocean Park Rental
Stayed three weeks in May at this lovely, exceptional 2bed/2bath rental in Old Orchard Beach. Grounds are beautifully kept by these caring and attentive owners who are justifiably proud of this special property. Serene setting on the edge of a marsh with lots of shade and places to watch the ducks and turtles and various birds that enjoy the many feeders. Flowering plants are abundant and beautiful!
Two blocks from the beach and just far enough away from the center of town to allow for a relaxing escape, yet convenient to everything.
The unit was well furnished and extremely clean. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. The kitchen was equipped with every convenience, plus plenty of beautiful plates, cups, silverware, etc.
Full size refrigerator and dishwasher and full size washer and dryer. Not one but TWO private screen porches!You would be hard pressed to find a more comfortable, well kept rental in this area. Looking forward to our next visit!

It was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is updated and well stocked, and it's walkable to the beach and downtown OOB. Joel was very communicative and easy to get in touch with, and when I expressed the need for reliable wi-fi before coming he even upgraded the wi-fi in advance of our stay. I would strongly recommend this rental.

The marsh is a cute added feature to enjoy nature while sipping on your morning coffee. Beach in walking distance, grills and lobster pot available for use. Well stocked kitchen and close to various stores. We definitely plan on returning year after year.

Just what we needed
We booked only two weeks ahead due to COVID, and are thankful this property was available. We had a great stay and hope to return in the future! (Quite possibly with extended family to rent the upper and lower units together.) We enjoyed being at the property just as much as the beach. The setting is so peaceful, and it was nice to have so many options for sitting outside. We had several meals outside at one of the three table areas available to us, and even needed two of the tables one time when family stopped for lunch. My kids loved the "secret path" around the houses, and we loved discovering all of the different adornments/statues hidden all around. We even found more after dark than during the daylight! Kids were excited about the marsh visitors (turtles and little fish), and we loved all the birds flitting about. We had everything we needed for meal prep and serving, and wish we had hosted a big lobster dinner for family while we were there. Joel and Jane were great, available for anything if needed, even just a quick tour of the garden at night :) The only thing we really missed was a place to hang wet towels and suits for 5 of us, but will bring a collapsible dry rack next time as there is plenty of space to accommodate one on the second porch. This is a great place!

Great place, ideal location
We loved everything about this place! The layout and amount of space, the fully stocked kitchen, the double screened-in porches, the flat screen tv's in each room, the comfy new beds, the ideal location to the beach beat all our expectations! We really loved waking up to the beautiful view of the marshes whether enjoyed from our porch or the adirondack chairs and eating all of our meals outside on the stone patio. We took most of Joel's suggestions for places to try out and we really loved the soda fountain and the cinnamon rolls were the best we've ever had! They were wonderful hosts, very responsive and helpful. They really thought of everything in decorating and stocking this rental. We're so glad we found this gem!
