Jednoduchý apartmán se vším, co potřebujete. Kuchyň vybavená, nepočítejte ale se zakladními surovinami, ty je potřeba nakoupit( sůl, pepř, olej)-je ale podle mě stejné všude na Sardinii- z hygienických důvodů nenechávají načaté věci pro další hosty. Startovací balíček s utěrkou, malým jarem👌povlečení a ručníky za příplatek. Příjemné posezení venku, parkování před, třídění odpadu dle plánku-za mě tedy výborná věc,jak naložit s odpadem na ostrově!! Pláž Cinta 10min.pěšky, centrum 20min procházkou. Měli jsme auto a dojeli si spíše na okolní nádherné pláže- Lu Impostu, Brandichi,atd..pár minut odtud! Za nás přesně to, co jsme hledali, jsme dostali mimo sezónu za super cenu, doporučuji! Díky milé Sabrině za skvělou komunikaci!

Nos gusto el jardín,pero poco adapto para perros porque la separación entre las casas son con plantas y no de pared,los perros pueden escapar fácilmente si son de talla pequeña o media ..tb el recinto de la casa muy bajito y pudieron saltar a la calle ..

La ubicación..ponía a 450 mt de la playa y no es así..la playa está más lejos Otra cosa no tiene lavavajillas,secador de pelo,microondas

Der Service der betreuenden Agentur war perfekt! Von der persönlichen Schlüsselübergabe, über Bitten oder Anfragen bis hin zur Wohnungsabnahme war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat einen großen Balkon und einen kleinen Garten mit Grill. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings sind die wichtigsten Dinge frisch renoviert: top bequeme viskoelastische Matrazten in allen 4 Betten, Fliegennetze vor allen Fenstern (Wichtig, da es viele Mücken gibt), top leise neue KLimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnraum + Waschmaschine. Mehr braucht man nicht. Zum Strand sind es 900 Meter, in die sehr schöne City leider 1.300 Meter. Man braucht in San Teodoro keinen Leihwagen, allerdings wäre ein Fahrrad nice :-). Transfer vomm Flughafen wird angeboten. Wir würden immer wieder nach San Teodoro reisen, weil der Strand ein Traum ist. Und wir würden auch immer wieder die Wohnung nehmen!!

Die Küche ist ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig und es ist nur das Nötigste an Geschirr da. Aber bis auf eine Auflaufform haben wir nichts wirklich vermisst. Weg in die schöne Altstadt schon recht weit.

The apartment is very spacious, with a big yard, it's walking distance to the beach and the staff were really kind and flexible.

The walk to the city center takes about 20 minutes.

The best part of this stay was the support offered by Sabrina, the lady at the agency responsible for the apartment. She was extremely kind to support with whatever information we needed, before and during the trip. The location of this ground floor flat was convenient, some 15 min walk to the amazing La Cinta beach, and a 20 min pleasant walk to the centre of San Teodoro. The area is green, parks and playgrounds nearby, in a complex of tourist apartments. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. The front and back private gardens also highly appreciated, as well as the mosquito nets at all windows. It was well equipped.

Overall the furnishings are a bit outdated, basic and would need some refreshing, but if you are not looking for modern or luxury, it’s fine. The kitchen area, as well as the shower are both quite small. When a family moved to the flat above, we could hear them moving chairs, running around or using the toilet, so the walls are not very thick.

The big garden was nice. There was enough space with one seperate bedroom. Also the location was nice and quite and close to the beach and the city. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Even got a potty for our kid and responded whenever there was a problem.

The facilities where little dated, some things where broken (for example kitchen cabinet door was making terrible noise everytime you open it), the boiler for the facilities where not big enough and it takes a while till the warm water starts running. When it is finally warm, you have just a short while in the shower before it turns ice cold

Very comfortable villa which makes you feel at home . Staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay . Only a short walk to la cinta beach , and a nice playground 2 min walk away

The location is super nice, it is indeed 10 minutes walking from La Cinta beach. La Cinta is pretty spectacular one, not just average one. Apartment is spacious and has a lovely garden. There are two ACs in the apartment and nets against mosquitoes

We were missing a few pretty basic, but essential things in the apartment. There is only one roll of toilet paper, no shower gel, no detergent for the washing machine, no salt/pepper/oil for cooking. When you travel light as we do, you need to buy all these things yourself. If this would be improved, I believe the quality of this accommodation offer would increase significantly! If you would like to work from this apartment (e.g. make video calls), the connection is alright, but definitely not the best, we had a few issues with it. No good signal in the bedroom
