The place was super nice. The apartment itself was warm and had everything needed. The view from the windows and balcony was just breathtaking. The place is located perfectly, just across the road from old town and with lots of public transport options.

Good location with an amazing view of the Old Town. 10 min walk into Old Town, and 15.min walk to the ferry...in the snow. Less in nice weather...

The window blind in the bed area was sitting on the floor, broken off from the wall. I told the front desk who said they would inform the apartment owner, but I didn't hear anything in the 3 nights I stayed. I would have liked both privacy and the outside light blocked from where I slept

The location was amazing! The rooftop apartment is really great and the view is incredible to have some morning coffee outside on the terrace. The bed was comfortable, beautiful interior. The internet was poor, but the staff downstairs helped solved it, thanks for that!

It could have been a bit cleaner. The bathroom showed wear and some cups didn't seem to be fully washed, one glass even had what seemed to be a leftover from jam on the top part :( Also in the closet by the bed there was something that seemed like an extra blanket, but it didn't seem like the sheets were actually clean. Some closets were filled with random things from the flat. One shelving unit also had condoms in it from a previous stay. So that was a bit weird.

If I wanted somewhere to live in Tallinn, this would be the place, the building it’s self was just perfect, absolutely spacious but extremely quiet which was great for me, I’d gone to Estonia to have a relaxing break and I couldn’t have asked for better. The reception staff are great, they’re not over friendly which is my pet hate, they smile when you come in and you know that if you need to talk then you can. In the apartment your met with a gorgeous clean space, heaps of room with a very clean modern interior, my only qualm but I’m not going to put it as a negative, the bed is a little bit creaky and noisy but it’s comfortable enough, I had a great sleep and given how quiet it was I could just go to sleep even with the window and balcony doors open!

Absolutely nothing, the apartment met my requirements just perfectly!

first of all when we arrived receptionist was away, when she arrived, she spent up to 30 minutes to find our booking. she couldn’t find it by booking number, when she finally found it, she told us that we booked wrong dates. We shared our booking confirmation with correct dates, she was insist and told that her system shows her different dates and not those which are in our booking.com reservation page. after long wait and discussions she finally gave us a room. but again, this room was smaller than we booked for 3 persons, it wasn’t the room we booked. This wasn’t my first stay with this host, but unfortunately on our third visit we received not the exact room we booked. worst thing is that they were overbooked and constantly confirming that our dates in their system is not what I booked. sorry but this is not my problem that your system is not working. long story short, we had to sleep in a smaller room than we booked. we had to manage to sleep in a smaller number of beds than we expected. And also during the call with manager he unfortunately confirmed that pictures are one thing but what you received can be different. This answer wasn’t what I expected to receive. Now I am sure that I won’t stay forth time min this place.

Everything was just fine, except air conditioner.

Air conditioner power was not enough for room.

A big problem with the invoice. Be aware that it's time-consuming to achieve invoices from this hotel. The apartment was also very hot and stuffy. The air conditioner worked really loudly but didn't help much.

Very lovely receptionist Ana! She was so helpful and gave us good ideas of where to go. She really went out of her way to help us with every question. Thank you!

The location is perfect. Check-in and check-out comfortable

Team is not fast in responding, so communication is a bit annoying. Flat was spacious. But some roller blinds were not working, there was no reading light. Some cabinets were dirty.

The room is incredibly charming and just like in the pictures. It really creates a pleasant stay. The staff was always available and friendly. The price is extremely good for such a nice place.

Although everything was clean, there were some spots in the apartment that could have been better taken cake of (e.g. showerhead was covered in calcium deposits but still worked without problems) and some of the corners where no one ever looks were a bit dusty but that's understandable. The TV didn't show channels even though I tried my best to follow the instructions, and the wifi signal didn't work either. My stay was short and I didn't really need them so I didn't bring it up with the staff, but since there is someone at the reception 24/7 I believe things like that you could get fixed quickly if you asked for it

The staff in the reception was very polite and nice, especially the young lady who was there when I arrived. The flat had a very nice view to the old town and was very cozy. Very good location close to everything and the harbour.

I arrived early so I couldn't check in immediately because the room was being "cleaned". When I returned at 15:00 and got the key and came to the room, nothing was cleaned. The previous guest's trash was there, there was a used mask and bread crumbles on the tables, the bed linen hadn't been changed and one of the indoor chairs was on the balcony covered by a lot of snow. I cleaned the chair and put it in the bathroom to dry, asked for new bed linen from the reception and changed them myself. Surprisingly there were clean towels. There was no hand soap though, so I bought one myself. The bathroom looked very modern and nice, but the shower head almost broke and it was impossible to get it to stay in a good position while showering, very frustrating. No warm water coming from the kitchen tap (also no water pressure, really). There was a weird light above the bed that kept turning on and off by itself and I never found the switch for it, not sure what was the reason for that light source. There was also no brush on the balcony to clean the snow. No wine glasses in the kitchen.

The staff were lovely when welcoming the beginning of the stay, room was clean and tidy and very cozy - so close to the old town and a fantastic view from the balcony! Would highly recommend and will stay again when wanting another getaway.
