Besitzer und seine Frau waren sehr Nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir hilfe benötigt haben oder wohin wollten haben Sie uns immer gefahren. In ruhiger Lage und nahe Polizeistation. Wohnung war mit allem bestattet was es für einen Urlaub braucht. Grosser Kühlschrank, Küche, Wohnzimmer, 2x Bad (Neu), und geräumige grosse Schlafzimmer. Klima in jedem Raum (ausser Küche) vorhanden. Grosse Wohnung die für uns 5 Personen mit 3 Kindern mehr als genug Platz gehabt hat. Stadtnähe, wenns Kühler ist kann man auch zu Fuss einige Strassen, Läden erkunden. Im Sommer doch lieber dann mit Fahrzeug.

Leider waren an den Balkonen keine zusätzlichen erhöhten Stahl Geländer angebracht so das wir unsere Kinder zur Sicherheit nie alleine auf dem Balkon liessen. Keines der Fenster lies sich zum korrekten Schliessen richtig einhaken. Sodass nur auf und zu schieben ging. Einhaken aber nicht. Reinigung war von der Reinigungskraft leider nicht wirklich sorgfälltig gemacht sodass wir (auch wegen der Kinder) selbst nochmal ran sind. Lage war: "Am Strand" angegeben wobei es mit dem Auto 10 min und zu Fuss ca 40 min gewesen wären. So mussten wir für die hin und rückfahrt jedes mal auch die Gebühr für zahlen.

Το μόνο θετικό στοιχείο ήταν η τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης .

Γενικά ήταν μια από τις πλέον άσχημες εμπειρίες που είχα ως μέλος του Booking ! Και εξηγούμαι : Καταρχήν στα κριτήρια όταν είχα κλείσει το καταλυμα ήταν ξεκάθαρο πως επρόκειτο για διαμέρισμα με δύο υπνοδωμάτια . Όταν συναντηθήκαμε με τον ιδιοκτήτη μας ανέφερε πως η τιμή αφορούσε ένα μόνο άτομο κάτι απαράδεκτο ! Δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά προσωπικά που είχα κλείσει διαμέρισμα κάτι που μπορείτε εύκολα να τσεκάρετε και να το επιβεβαιώσετε . Υπήρχαν όμως κι άλλα αρνητικά όπως το διαμέρισμα που μας εδωσε στο ρετιρέ του καταλύματος 3ο όροφο αν θυμάμαι καλά, χωρίς ασανσέρ κ τη στιγμή που ήξεραν κ την ηλικία μου όταν το είχα κλείσει με αποτέλεσμα να λαχανιαζουμε κυριολεκτικά όταν ανεβαίναμε επάνω ! Ακόμη υπήρχε σκόνη στο σαλόνι και σε αρκετά άλλα σημεία και ειδικότερα η κεντρική είσοδος κάτω και οι σκάλες ήταν χάλια σε θέμα ακαταστασίας και καθαριότητας !

We got a much smaller apartment than the one we booked and paid for (neither 3 bedrooms - only 2, nor 2 bathrooms - only 1). There was no air-condition in one of the bedrooms and despite of the owners statement, that room was not cooled from the others. The apartment was not clean at all, and the kitchen equipment was very simple. Comparing to this all, the spacious living room is only a poor consolation. This was the worst accommodation during our two weeks stay on Ciprus Island - luckily we only planned to stay there one night.

Erkem is a super host! Very kind and the house was amazing.

Just two tips: - more towels ! - definitely need at least a fan in the double bed room

Everything was perfect

The apartment was just right for the 3 of us - not too big , not too small, nicely furnished, beds comfortable and good aircon The location was easy to find and the apartment owners welcoming and helpful We found good restaurants very close to the apartment

It was all fine

It was really clean and equiped well,nice cozy garden+a beautiful lemon tree...

Location isn't very close to beach but that is ok for shopping and going to other sites,if you have car it is excelent
