Breakfast there was no spread but they served whatever we ordered.

The rack rate openly displayed at hotel is much lower than what we booked thru booking.com. eg. double bed rack rate was Tshs. 80,000 and what we paid by booking.com was 103,250.

Availability of hot water.

1. It was not that clean, i found pieces of used cigarettes on the couch. The toilet wasn’t that clean. The bedsheet had some hair on it. 2. The phone in the room was not working 3. The iron i was given to iron my clothes was not in good condition. It almost burnt my clothes

Kind hosts and helpful staff. In addition, food is so good! We stayed for two weeks and it felt like home.

Helpfulness of management was exceptional

The hotel owners are very good. They take personal care of guests. It was a good stay. Food is very good, they have a good chef. The hotel itself is a very cozy place.

Breakfast could be better. Check out time should be mid day as the flights out of mbeya are in afternoon. Shower can be improved.

Colonial times systems. You need to pay 2.5% extra if you choose to pay by card. I visited a place almost after a decade where they still charge something in the name of card fees.

beds were comfy, sheets were clean and there was plenty of hot water. it was quiet with no traffic noise. the rooms has a mosquito net too and a personal fridge. the Indian food in the restaurant was amazing. we really enjoyed it

the service was a little slow compared to Europe and uk but,compared to the uk, staff were much more friendly and polite. the owners were lovely and came and spoke with us regularly which was a nice touch

Central Hotel with Bungalows and attached Restaurant next to the Sokoine Football Stadium. Secure Parking space available in front of the Hotel. Nice staff.

The food was terrific and specially done. But the rest was, sadly, substandard.

Good size room. Friendly staff. Nice garden. Good food. Close to transport and shops.

Some traffic noise at night but given the location, not excessive.

Staff was warm and welcoming, rooms are clean. Bandas are good to work in during the day.

The only issue I had was with the tomato soup-not made of fresh ingredients, more from a can. Specify before ordering.
