The location is very good - on a quiet street round the corner from the main shopping street in Berry. The room that we were offered opened on to an enclosed patio with an outdoor table and chairs. Customers in other other rooms would be free to use this, so while it's nice to have, there could be possible noise issues.

The rooms are comfortably furnished but rather soulless. The managers are off-site, available by telephone and provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room but no breakfast. So there is no interaction with the hosts, or other guests who might be interesting to meet.

A beautiful feel. very spacious and comfy. super easy to check in. helpful staff. all round lovely.

Easy after hours access to the room, Air Con to warm up the room. Friendly staff contacted me and ran me through the easy after normal hours room access. It was so close to the main street of Berri, easy walk to everything in town.

WiFi password should be on display inside the room, had to request it from the venue management, after spending 10 mins looking for it in the room. The desk under the TV had been previously repaired ( glued and screwed ) but the draw broke again when I tried to open the draw to look to see if the WiFi password was in a draw. Just don't want a future customer thinking they also broke furniture when they were simply trying to open a draw in a desk.

Fantastic location, fantastic room with a spa. Very clean and tidy. very friendly staff, very helpful. In town location so all the facilities were a short walk . Great location to use as a base. We had a ball. Thanks Very much berry Inn

Adding a mirror in the bedrooms would be helpful as there is only one in the bathroom. Also we noted that the fire alarms were not connected.

Wonderful comfy bed, great room set up and loved the patio area.

A tiny kitchenette

The apartment was clean and well presented, dishwasher was very handy. The location is in heart of the town. The heater work very well. Was large enough to have a few friends over for dinner and drinks, if there for wedding or other group functions.

These aren't really disliked but maybe needed: Small curtains on side of kitchen windows and white sheer curtain behind the bedroom curtain as enable the window to have light in without everyone seeing you.

Location was good

The bed was awful. We felt that this place lacked some basic touches that most other motels do as routine. Eg. a hand towel. Not good ventilation on a rainy cold day.

light on stairway landing did not work. battery flat on remote control. minor but annoying, should have been checked.

overwhelming bleach odour , glad that the bathroom was sanitised… but due to the ventilation in the bathroom or lack of it , the odour was unbearable. The lack of sound proofing insulation in the sealing, every footstep…. every movement from the instant room was heard throughout the night .. so this lead to a very restless night.
