A great welcome from very helpful staff. Comfortable room with small balcony. A really good continental breakfast with the usual cereals, toast and juice plus fresh fruit and assorted pastries. The manager recommended the Thai restaurant where we had an excellent laska. We would certainly stay there again.

The room and the location were fabulous. I stayed in a lovely king spa room with a nice view over the adjacent park.

The only fault I can find with the room is that one of the light bulbs in the bathroom had blown, making the bathroom rather dark. I was disappointed that there was no mini bar in my room. Potato crisps and soft drinks were available for purchase at reception, though. There is also a bar which is available to both guests and the general public. But much to my disappointment, I found upon returning back to the motel after dinner that the bar had closed at 7:00pm on a Saturday night. No glass of wine in one of the lovely wingback armchairs by the fire for me. Sadly, there was only the option of instant coffee in my room. I would have thought for a 4 star motel, and with the prices they charge that a coffee capsule machine or coffee plunger in the rooms would be a given. I was again disappointed at breakfast, which is a complimentary continental breakfast that, again, only instant coffee was available. I had to purchase a real coffee at the bar at an additional expense.

I booked in October last year an executive room. When we got there we found a shabby room with old furniture at the front overlooking the carpark and main road. It was NOT the room i booked overlooking the garden at the back. It was too noisy to open the doors onto the tiny deck. the room was tired to put it kindly. There was no clock; there was no full length mirror; the towels were thin and the bathmat the size of a hand towel. When I complained I was told I was allocated this awful room because I had booked through a third party. That is no excuse. I booked 6 moths earlier for goodness sake.

The room was very clean and the location of the hotel is fantastic. Everyone that works there made us feel welcome and Catherine was amazing, super friendly and gave us some great recommendations to enjoy out time in Berry!! Thank you everyone for make our stay fantastic!! We will definitely come back! 💙

I had a lovely stay at the Berry Village Boutique Motel, the staff were friendly and helpful, and very welcoming. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean. Could the location be any better? Opposite the famous donut van 😆 I came to Berry to go to the Tea Shop (which was wonderful) and got so much more! There was even a Farmer’s Market on at the Showgrounds when I was there. Thank you for a great time

The staff were all very lovely and friendly!! Makes a difference to your whole experience. Fabulous location right in the heart of Berry. Right across the famous Donut Van! I would stay here again if I ever come back to Berry.

the bathroom had a raw sewage/Blackwater type smell which was so strong you had to keep the door closed otherwise the room smelt like it.
