Nothing. Page refreshed when booking and the dates were booked incorrectly. We travelled 5 hours to Wales only to be told the accomodation had been booked for September, not August. This was less than 24 hours after we booked so we found alternative accomodation and asked for a refund. We were advised this would be sorted following the weekend. After the weekend we were told we would not be refunded or able to change the dates on the booking, even though there had been a booking error on the site. This was directly advised by the site, and booking.com were unable to resolve for us either. So even though we were unable to go on the holiday, they took every penny off us and didn't even offer a partial refund or date change. Absolutely disgusting, do not reccomend at all, and I have all the messages available to show how unreasonable the site was. Avoid at all costs.

Beautifully maintained site very quiet. Reception was good and polite.

The double mattress was very uncomfortable. There were springs popping through. Needs renewing. Leak from shower into hallway, had to put towel down to soak water up.

Excellent caravan with very comfy beds and sparkling clean. Quite and peaceful location

A club would have been great but realise it was not that sort of site
