The owners are very friendly and the location offers a nice view over the Bay Area. The rooms are well equipped, however they offer a felling that they are a little bit older due to the bedroom furniture and they could also benefit from new windows and doors. Also a bit of spider web cleanup in the rooms before of the guests arrival would add an extra comfort. Nonetheless, the price/performance ratio is not bad and we were satisfied.

Very clean and nice apartment, small but it had everything we needed plus the bathroom was new, which is a luxury. The terrace is definitely a plus too.
The bed was only 1.80m long, so for taller people this is a downer. The reclining chairs on the balcony basically collapse when you sit on them, so they were no use really.
Tiuccia is a bit of a drive-through village - either it has its best days behind it or it never had them in the first place. The apartments are nice, but overall considering the location and what you get, we found it a bit overpriced.

The GPS coordinates are wrong! This took us more than one hour.
Wifi is not available at the house.
The bathroom has no hooks.
The photos are general for the settlement, not specific for the house.
The beach is small and the sand is coarse.
It takes each time some minutes until the hot water gets warm.

Children playground to entertain the little one. The view and the friendliness of the host.

Nice room with huge terrace and grill. In the kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking. The nearest beach is 5 minutes walk and the bigger one is only 5 minutes by car. The shop is 3 minutes walk. Dominik was very kind and helpful host.
No kettle, but maybe you can ask for it, we didn't ask.
