We were on a road trip of Southern Italy and wanted to spend some time in a City and chose Gallipoli. Palazzo Perla was ideal for us, based in the heart of the City within easy walking distance of a main shopping street and a short walk to the Centro Historico which is lovely, the location was perfect with free on street parking. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, stylish, clean, everything you could want. Ilenia the hostess was charming, professional and very helpful as were the other team members. A really enjoyable stay!

Great location, easy check-in, nice staff and very nice breakfast! During our stay in Puglia we did not find better value for money!

The bed was too firm but the pillows nice. Air conditioner did poor job of cooling room (might have needed service).

The views from our balcony were lovely, and the terraces were exceptional! Breakfast alone would make your stay here worthwhile, but add in the excellent location and extremely helpful and responsive staff and this is a must-stay!

Through no fault of the establishment, some rowdy neighbors created a smoke smell in our room, but the staff handled it quickly and gracefully. Short moment of the hot water being out, but quickly corrected.

The owner was so lovely and welcoming. The room was great and there was a lovely roof terrace where you can sit and relax with a coffee machine which can be used at any time of day. Not far to walk to the old town and plenty of free parking on the roads nearby. The breakfast was great- we chose what we wanted the night before so we had exactly the right amount and nothing was wasted! I can't recommend this hotel enough!

This place was fantastic. We'd stay here again if we ever return! Really lovely! The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. In lieu of a buffet, they had breakfast options to order - everything was delicious. Location is great for the value and in the shoulder season there was plenty of street parking. The bed was hands down the most comfortable we stayed in during our two weeks in Italy. The room was basically brand new and very spacious with a kitchenette. Many beaches within a short drive.

There wasn't much to dislike - the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and in the summer it may be hard to find street parking. We didn't have any issues.
