Receptie was goed op de hoogte en behulpzaam

Kamer was ongezellig, leeg en kaal. Geen haakjes om handdoeken aan op te hangen of planken om kleren op te bergen. Lichten werkten niet goed en brandmelder was defect

Super locatie en heel mooi klasse hotel. Wij hadden een mooie ruime kamer met uitzicht op de zee. Het hotel had ook een lift. Je kan niet bij het hotel parkeren omdat het zich in de historische oude stad bevindt. Grote betaalde parkeerplaats op 10 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel Goede bedden en goede badkamer. Ontbijt op de rooftop met schitterend uitzicht , met veel keuze. Voldoende restaurants in de directe omgeving. Er is een leuk en goed stads strand op loopafstand van 5 minuten van het hotel. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader!🌞👍

The breakfast on the roof was lovely and the staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful.

We stayed in an accessible room on the ground floor, unfortunately the room smelt damp. This was disappointing considering the amount of money we paid. We asked to change room but none were available. Although we acknowledge that the hotel is old, if rooms are damp they should not be used for guests. It was also a former prison cell.

Breakfast was great but the view that comes with it it’s just fantastic.

The location of this hotel is stunning and you absolutely must have dinner at sunset in the restaurant across the road which is on a sundeck right next to the sea - the food and service are out of this world (mainly fish). The view from the room overlooking the sea made this hotel fabulous as well as having breakfast on the roof terrace.

The wifi connection was terrible, in fact there was no internet after conecting, a no go. the room was smelling like mold, there are no plugs next to the bed to charge

Great location between the sea/beach and the old town, everywhere was within walking distance, lots of restaurants to choose from. Staff were very helpful.

We were in a standard room (room 1) it was beautiful with plenty of room, but I felt it was a bit damp, this is maybe due to the exposed stone walls, also I am a bit sensitive to damp, so this may not bother most people.

Guidance to access your hotel by car because we had trouble .

Location is ok. town in general is beautiful. The girls at the reception were helpful. I appreciated the quality of the breakfast's products, even it is not a rich breakfast.

The smell in the room and lobby was very bad. Because is an old building, there is a lot of humidity in the walls. The mold smell is very hard and for sure not healthy. Mandatory to do something in this respect. The hotel is located quite far from parking place.

The location is absolutely the best and we even got a parking space right by the hotel. Gallipoli old town is absolutely gorgeous
