L’emplacement, très bien situé à proximité des commerces et restaurants , le confort et le calme des lieux , les bonnes recommandations sur les différentes visites à faire et la disponibilités de notre hôte pour nous remettre les clés à notre arrivée ainsi que toutes ces gentilles attentions . Nous reviendrons .

great apartment and fully equipped. wonderful for three people.
we advised our host of our arrival time and she waited for us with the keys. she was very helpful and was available for every question. across from the apartment there is a paid parking (free between 19:00 and 08:00). our host recommended free parking about 7 minutes walking the apartment is in the heart of of the old town and walking distance from all the town attractions. in the apartment we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. tablets for the dishwasher and capsules for the coffee maker. soap for the washer and complimentary water and juice.
the apartment is on the 2nd floor and when walking up and down the steps you have to watch your head as the ceiling is low. but this only ads to the magic but it's worth it to get to the wonderful and modern apartment.

Great apartment, very clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Very close to the cathedral and beautiful town. The host was very kind, met us on arrival and showed us around. Would highly recommend if visiting Chartres.

The property was very central, well equipped, comfortable and clean. A great overnight stop or even for a few days. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

We liked everything about this lovely apartment. Every detail was thought out. It was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location was excellent. We loved Chartres! Wonderful city.

Excellent location within short walking distance of all attractions. The apartment was brilliantly equipped and very comfortable.

A complete apartment. More than we needed for just one night. Great facility, but access would be tough for some.
The stairs were the steepest, with the lowest headroom, of any place on our trip. (And that's saying a lot.)

We were just a short walk from the Cathedral and the heart of Chartres' restaurant/shopping district. (There are some hills and steps involved ... but hey, it's Chartres!) We loved having access to a washer and dryer. Conceiçao left us bottles of water, juice boxes, and delicious, individually wrapped cakes. She and Giles even found us free parking right across the quiet narrow street from the apartment.

Everything is perfect. Shower is fantastic and surprisingly spacious apartment. Bed and sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen and host was friendly and explained everything. Good information on the area

The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well equipped - the owners have thought of everything! The location is fantastic with just a three minute walk to the cathedral. Really good value for money!
Nothing not to like! I suppose the only downside is that parking is not that easy and only free overnight (on a Sunday I think)

we have stayed in several places (in Fr and elsewhere in EU) and this was by far the best experience in France ! the place was amazing, the amenities, the comfort, the facilities… all was great!
maybe an extra touch would have been to include the breakfast in the price but honestly for what it’s worth nothing could make it better than it already was ! great stay !

The place was just perfect. I believe this was my best stay so far.
The apartment is located in an ancient house with a narrow, steep, and low stairway where I managed to hit my head despite being overly careful. Not the most accessible place in this regard :)

The entire experience at L Imprevu was EXCEPTIONAL Could not have been MORE perfect! The host met us and we were so grateful for her..The apt is BEAUTIFUL! Truly an ideal location...We LOVED every minute! Wished we had longer to enjoy this apt It was SO easy to walk to town and the Cathedral...TRULY magnificent stay! We will Definitely be back! THANX so much Ciancou!!

Great place to stay. Nice space which was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and kindly supplied with tea and coffee with biscuits. The host was welcoming and met to give the keys and show around.
