Charmante maison de trois chambres à coucher, 2 1/2 cabines de bain, récemment rénovée dans East Falmouth, Ma. Sous-sol complet avec une chambre supplémentaire et un bain. The property was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect with a quick ride to the beach and many of the sites in Falmouth.

The house was clean, well equipped and is conveniently located. The 4 room air conditioners were able to keep the house comfortable during the hottest part of our stay. Carolyn is a thoughtful and responsive host. The only thing to be aware of is that the lower level, which has a lovely bedroom suite, is a bit musty if you are sensitive to that sort of issue.

A very solid house. Basically a separate space downstairs for my neice and her crew. Ive never been to a Cape rental where all linens AND fluffy white towels were included! Kitchen was well stocked and had somebasics for cooking . THANK YOU
It was a bit challenging for someone new to this area to figure out which beaches were residents only, which were stickers, and which were pay as you go

This was our fourth time staying at this house while visiting family. The house suits us very well. The accommodations are great. It’s very cozy and clean and the owner is very communicative. And we hope to stay again in the future.

Had a wonderful time on the Cape! Place was nice.. comfy.. and well equipped. Felt like it hadn’t been used for a bit, but would def come back again. Great choice to spend some time away with family and friends.

The home provided plenty of room for the family and the kitchen was well equipped with the necessities. Overall our family enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and had a peaceful Holiday together.
I’ve stayed in numerous VRBO’s and this is the first time that I was contacted by the Property Manager and advised two days early from our scheduled stay that the house was empty/cleaned for early check in if we wished. Unfortunately we were traveling with family so we were unable to take advantage of the offer, but the kind thoughtful offer was very much appreciated. This show of kindness definitely puts this property on our to do again list!

Cape Escape was the perfect little landing spot for our annual Cape vacation. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very close to town for restaurants and shopping as well as many beaches. Would definitely recommend :)

We had a great time on our first trip to the Cape. The house was exactly as described in the listing and Carolyn was very responsive. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal at home (away from home) if we wanted. The house was close to downtown with many shops and restaurants. We will be back!!!!

The owner was very quick to reply and flexible. The house offered space for 3 adults and 2 teenagers and was perfectly adequate. The basement unit, is a basement and we had to keep windows open at all times with a fan and still could smell the dampness. I would suggest a humidifier. The house is next to a busy street and we could hear traffic at all times and we tend to prefer a quieter outdoor space.

We had a wonderful stay here! It’s in a great location and seem to be in the middle of everything that we wanted to do! We were able to visit Plymouth, and visited the cute town of Chatham and the central location made all of that possible! We would happily stay here again!

The house had plenty of room for everyone. Lacking a usable yard, but didn’t affect us too much as we were able to use the back deck space.

Overall, the property was excellent for our stay. I would only suggest that someone inspect the property to remove spider webs and to ensure all bathroom sinks are draining at a normal pace prior to the arrival of guests.

Comfy in cape cod
The house was perfect for our family of 5. Location was perfect to town, gym and brewery which we visited all often.
The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. The only suggestions, there should be more tvs, in the bedrooms, and a dresser in the downstairs bedroom for clothes. Otherwise, overall very happy with our stay.

Relaxing stay in Cape Cod - close to everything
Fabulous clean, tastefully decorated property with lots of sleeping rooms (an extra one downstairs). Close to great restaurants, Cape Cod winery, dine-in movie theater, and yes, even Boston is just a short drive away. Visited the Heritage Museum and watched seals at the National Seashore during a relaxing beach walk. Well-stocked kitchen with a large fridge/freezer. Hope to be back again! Thank you Carolyn!!

Amazing rental!
This was a truly amazing rental, that was close to everything. 5-8 minutes to multiple beaches. Close to golf course. Beautiful interior and newly updated over3 levels. Very comfortable bedding. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in East Falmouth!
Lovely home with everything we needed! Close to shopping, fitness gym, ferry to Martha's Vineyard, beaches and great restaurants. The home was cozy, clean, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Our host, Carolyn, was communicative and helpful. One surprise we didn't expect was the sleeping area downstairs was in addition to the three bedrooms upstairs! We were a party of 5 and everyone had their own space. Would definitely recommend and plan to visit next year! Thank you Carolyn and the welcome candy was a special treat--my husband ate all of them!!!

Another great stay
This was out second stay at this property and we enjoyed it again this time. The house is very clean and very pleasant to stay in. It has all of the amenities you need and enough space for 6 people to live comfortably. While it’s not in walking distance to the beach, it’s still driving distance to it and many other places. The manager is also very responsive which makes the process very easy

Lovely house
We loved the house. It was very close(within 10 minute drive) to beaches, parks, restaurants, ferry. Pretty much anything you want to do. The house was neat and clean. Carolyn was extremely helpful and responsive.

Perfect base for day trips
Very clean, modern, remodeled - great space and location. Day trips to Salem, Boston, Provincetown. Locally - golf and good food from pizza to upscale dining. Seafood was great especially at Green Pond Market.

Great host and great place.
The home was comfortable and very clean. We felt "covid-safe".
It was one of the most well equipped rentals that we have ever stayed in, with many thoughtful extras. The host was very gracious and very responsive and clearly tried very hard to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. The property is conveniently located to town and beach.

It was a wonderful home! Had everything we needed. Very clean!! We went to visit family and we had plenty of room! It was decorated for Christmas by the owner and she was also very kind and left a care package. We will definitely stay again! She was easy to get a hold of and place and owner excellent.
