A wonderful apartment with a good vibe, located in an attractive area with restaurants, shops, and very close to the beach. I regret only staying one night and would definitely come back! The apartment has a pleasant design, a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchen table and sitting area, and a balcony. A very good value for money, compared to other bookings.

Everything was amazing! The staff were so kind and helpful and made things so special as we celebrated our anniversary. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
Clean and modern bathroom with great shower and daily drinking water brought to the room with housekeeping if you require it.
Lovely rooftop pool with shady area and the spa is just next door. Coffee every morning as part of breakfast which we could take up to our room!
The location is fab with great coffee shops and our favourite restaurant in Da Nang just on the doorstep. Loads of options in the area and had a really lovely stay.

We had a small studio, which was very nice! Nice bathroom and shower! Good breakfast and there is an amazing spa next door, you can even do in room massages if that would be more up to your liking. The street is nice and offers many restaurants and grocery shops, Walking to the Dragon bridge is a small walk on a good pavement.

The breakfast was outstanding. We stayed four days, and had different breakfast options each morning. The weather was a bit stormy, so we didn't swim in the ocean, but the hotel pool was quite pleasant.
The location was not ideal. The hotel was located on a street with many spas and not much else. All of the nearby restaurants had 5 star reviews on google maps, but were typically empty... obviously fake reviews unfortunately. However, there was a small, local market a little ways inland which was a nice surprise.

Hotel down an alleyway bit hard to find however this also made it private tucked away and street noise hardly reaches the hotel. I found it a sanctuary. Close to best part of beach. One row back from main beach road. Vibrant neighbourhood lots restaurant. Very welcoming staff, Helpful and able to sort any problems speedily. Pool is up a flight of stairs but was worth the climb. Gorgeous roof pool with trees. Room had charm with fragrant free fresh tea for guests. Beautiful gardens!

The room is spacious and comfortable. There is breakfast menu with daily options. Staff are very helpful. I was looking for a bottle opener. The receptionist went out immediately to buy it for me. The hotel is centrally located in a busy street just off the beach front, but our room was quiet.
The pool is small and difficult to access. The kitchen is poorly equipped.

I can not say how amazing this place is. I have been travelling for 8 months, and this was simply the best place I have stayed thus far.
It is an excellent location, stunning gardens, great food, and the staff went above and beyond. Especially need to thank Trang- she was imply amazing! She helped me book tickets, made sure frequently my stay was good, and was simply so friendly. Felt like a real home. This woman needs a raise!

A really nice and clean hotel near the beach. The staff was really helpful and nice. Really enjoyed our stay. We had a small problem in our room and the management solved the problem right away and upgraded our room to a bigger one! We are really thankful. Would stay here again.

This hotel in Da Nang is an absolute gem! The staff is super friendly, helped get sim cards on arrival, and the overall attitude is fantastic! The location is great too! Just a couple of minutes from the beach, and the neighborhood is really calm and relaxing. There's also a discount for the SPA, which I absolutely recommend!

Blocked shower drain, no chairs on balcony, lots of noise from people scraping chairs on the upstairs floor at 5am each morning and they were arguing at night loudly.

I almost NEVER give a hotel a 10, but Babylon was spectacular! Such value for money! It’s tucked away on a little street a stone’s-throw from the beach, so avoids the noise, traffic, and general soulless feel along the strip. The best thing about this place? The staff! It’s small and it feels like home. They delivered cake to all the women on International Women’s Day, and they delivered a bouquet of flowers to my room as it was my birthday while I was staying there!! Can’t say enough good things about it. Loved my suite. Loved the decor, LOVED my ladies at the front desk!

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the design is wonderful! The green balcony is something special.
Administrative staff is very attentive and welcoming, their command of English is perfect.
We even prolonged our stay here because it's so comfortable to stay at this place.
The cleaning lady always comes in the morning when it's not very convenient to leave the room...

Great value for money. Kitchen is great (no knives though so keep that in mind), everything else you might need is there. Short walking distance to the beach and a minimart.
Bit loud in the evenings from the surrounding clubs, stopped at a reasonable hour though.
