Everything was great. We had a wonderful time with good sleep, nice breakfast and a very helpful service. All the restaurants Mr Kung Fu ;-) (sorry, I didn't get your name) recommended where all outstanding! We strongly recommend this hotel!

The girl at reception was amazing, taught me how to feed koi fish in the hotel, the male manager was awesome too!!!!

Great location . Easy walk to beach ,local restaurants and street food . All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was large with comfortable bedding . All the breakfasts were delicious and I enjoyed having the option to eat in my room .

The lower room was a little dark for me and the little courtyard was too hot to sit with the air conditioning unit out there .. The pool area needs shade throughout the day , it was very hot up there .

All the staff are very helpful, nice and friendly, give us a lot of suggestions for eat / travel. Breakfast taste very good. Good view at the swimming pool and very clear, we saw sunshine and sunset there. Rooms are clean.

just 1 thing we stay 2nigths and the power shutdown 2 times but fix it within 3mins

I did not like the location. It is far from the center, beaches, but the good thing that taxi is the cheap so i easily reached the location that I wanted to visit

The staff is friendly, polite, super nice. Breakfast was very good, to be taken on the terrace with a wonderful sea view. The hotel is quiet and yet right on the beach, there is a small supermarket and both street food and high-quality seafood right in front of the door. The hotel is beautifully airy, the rooms spacious, clean and cool, quiet at night. We stayed much longer than intended because it was so nice :)))

Great location across from beach and near restaurants, wonderful friendly staff, nice rooftop pool, kids loved fish in lobby, has a lift, tasty breakfast brought to room, comfortable beds, clean airconditioned rooms. Would stay again, thankyou to the staff for making it a great stay!

I wanted calm beach views/access and it was still accessible to other beach areas so the location was perfect for me! Breakfast on the 4th floor balcony was lovely and the roof top pool was an excellent perk. I loved having access to the beach but being in a bit calmer of an area. But there were still places around like the color bar I stumbled upon. The property is really cool with winding stairs, a koi pond, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I used a bicycle for free and rented a scooter through them and drove 10 minutes along the beautiful coast to see the Lady Buddha which was stunning.

Even though I booked for three nights, the first night I was placed somewhere completely different due to AC issues. I would have been way more irritated but they placed me right next to the dragon bridge during the fireworks festival which was very cool. However I was only discounted 10% when the budget accommodation cost half of the room I actually booked and paid for (included pictures of the dorm room vs the room I actually booked and got to stay in for 2 rather than 3 nights) . There was also a problem with my laundry where some clothes were dyed black. Fortunately they were travel clothes I don’t care about as much and the staff was very apologetic and comped the laundry service.

The staff were exceptional. So willing to help with anything I asked them. Mr. Phong, Mr. Thanh and Miss Thao went out of their way to help me. Great little pool on the roof, breakfast was always great and served with a smile and a quick chat. Many eateries within a few minutes walking distance in the surrounding streets as well as convenience stores. The beach is directly across the road giving great views from the balcony. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Totally recommend Cani Beach House.

Staff were somewhat helpful

At first I had booked a date that I changed a week before arriving, they informed me because they had know record they charged me for the extra day, when I showed them the confirmation from Booking.com they then charged me for 2 nights, they also charged me more then Booking.com had quoted, when I asked they said it was commission, I have been travelling in Thailand and northern Vietnam since 1 Jun 23 and it’s the first time the charge was different. Also the shower (over bath) was blocked so the water wouldn’t drain, they tried to fix it but had no luck, so every shower I was knee deep in dirty water

We had the family room with a balcony, it's a really great room with everything you need. The view of the beach and sunrise, perfect.

Breakfast choice was limited. You only get to choose 1 food item and 1 drink, so no having fruit juice and a cup of tea! Otherwise food was good.

I loved my stay at Cani Beach House. The customer service was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was fantastic and more than I expected, it had a full kitchen (not that I used it) and a really nice bathtub. It also had a smart TV which was nice when it was raining one nice. For breakfast you could order one food and one drink item in advance and have it either delivered to your room, to.the lobby or have it on the 4th floor looking at the ocean.

The only minor downside was that it wasn't located on My Khe beach like I thought. It was directly across the road from a quieter beach which was nice for swimming and relaxing but at night I drove 6 - 8 mins on my scooter to the more lively areas

The rooms are well equipped and confortable. Small hotel with 9 rooms, quiet and not to far from the center. Staff was very nice. The sea view is nice from the 3rd floor.

The breakfast ! Very very basic ! No fresh coffee. You can't have an orange juice and a coffee, you have to choose. Would be better to have a room price without breakfast.

Great personal with good English. We didn't spent a lot of time in da nang but we enjoyed roof pool and beautiful beach just across the street very much. Room and whole hotel it self was very beautiful.

The staff here were amazing. The hotel itself is cute, room felt very clean and comfortable. I stayed in an apartment with a balcony. Kitchen facilities seemed good. I felt safe and looked after as a solo female traveller. WiFi seemed good.

The location (for me at least) was awful which is why I left after two nights. The hotel is opposite a rubbish covered building site and the general area is full of rubbish. No nice restaurants around unless you are into the soulless looking huge sea food restaurants that line the main road. No nice choices for eating out or having a coffee. Also my air conditioner did start leaking. I’d highly recommend staying in the My An area if you are heading here.

We have stayed here a few times and they always go out of their way to make our stay really good.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful! Free bicycles to use was a bonus! tried almost all the breakfast items and they were all tasty and brought to my room when requested!
